We liked the location, centrally located to everything we needed. The guy at the counter was friendly. The cleaning lady was nice. The room was clean. Had everything we needed. The coffee pot wouldn't work right. Our room wasn't ready and we had to wait for a room. The hair dryer was hard to use - it didn't turn on unless I pushed the reset button on the outlet on the wall.

Parking was an issue. Spaces were full. Suggested I park across the street at the church. It was 2:30 am and I didn’t feel safe doing that.

Everything was great. The breakfast was typical but good and varied every day. Our only complaint was our room was never serviced. Otherwise it was a great stay

I was charged twice on my refund amount. Once on line , once at the door. Even though I show them I had already been charged.

Breakfast was good. Would have preferred if it ended at 9:30 or 10:00. There were no benches or seats outside to sit.

The hotel was centrally located for our visit with the family. The room was large and the price was reasonable. We enjoyed our stay.

The Day Shift Desk person was not very accommodating with changing rooms due to having a plugged up toilet. He said he would send up a plunger for us to unclog the toilet. We left for four hours and after returning the toilet was still plugged up. I went to the front desk and the guy said he would give me a plunger. He said we must have plugged it up and we needed to unplug it. I told him if the plunger wasn’t attached to a maintenance man don’t bother sending up a plunger. I told him it was not our job to do their maintenance for them. I requested to be moved to a new room and with some hesitation on his part, he said he would call me in a few minutes to let us know what room he could move us to. After an hour of waiting, I returned to the front desk and he was gone, his shift was over. He never even left a message with the 2nd Shift person. The 2nd Shift person was extremely helpful, accommodating and apologetic for the Day Shift person. We were given a new room that turned out to be a very clean room and had a working toilet!

We loved that we were able to access our Netflix account. The room and bed were comfortable and we had all we needed.

Mr Ty Small was kind understanding and amazing! Had 2 nights booked came in early got us into a room so the 3 nights we were there we didn’t have to move our stuff! Breakfast was nasty! Not everyone is a health nut.. real bacon and sausage and regular eggs would be amazing !
