We were warmly greeted by Gaverius upon arrival. The breakfast is plentiful and had a variety of breakfast offerings.

Facilities Been going here for 5 years+ 4-5 times a year to visit Parents. NEVER CHARGED EXTRA CONVENIENCE NIGHTLY TILL THIS LAST TRIP. WE ALWAYS LEAVE OUR SUITE CLEAN AND EVEN TAKE OUT TRASH. CALLED AND COMPLAINED, TOLD WAS ALWAYS SUPPOSED TO BE. SORRY UNHAPPY CAMPER HERE. Might Reschedule December 2026 Reservation to another Hotel.

The staff was always so nice. Our room was very nice and clean The pool was closed. I was told it was closed Labor Day. Temperatures were still in the upper 90’s the whole time we were there

The staff was very wonderful and helpful We stayed for 4 nights. For 3 nights the doors keys didn’t work for any guest rooms. So every time you needed to get back into your room you had to ask the receptionist to assist you. At times you would wait for a while due to them letting in another customer. IT should have acted on this issue ASAP and not made the hotel wait 4 days to fix it.

I was very pleased with my stay. I’m a germaphobe and travel with Clorox wipes and bathroom cleaner, this room required none of that. The bathroom was totally spotless as was the rest of the very spacious king suite. The carpeting throughout looked new, the staff were polite and helpful. The only downside was some occasional traffic noise, not the hotel’s fault. I also always travel with a noise machine so it wasn’t that noticeable. I highly recommend the Fairfield Inn and Suites in Simpsonville.

Front desk staff was great upon check in. The body wash container was empty but I loved the shower head.
