Toilet in room didn’t work. Had to switch to another room in which all lights were not properly working and also bathroom sink water pressure was very low. No luggage carriers were available either

Absolutely everything .. the staff was welcoming and kind the room was clean and comfortable.. the breakfast was incredible and hospitable !!!! I loved everything in returning to this place for sure…

Location seemed close to the highway but it was set back far enough from the major roads that it was actually very quiet - which was great. Breakfast was a thoughtful spread for folks with different dietary requirements - better than I've seen in many Holiday Inns.

Overall experience. Location is great; Close to everything. Breakfast is good and filling. Room for the most part was in good shape. Very minor issue with bugs (insects); it is close to the woods though so that's to be expected especially in the heart of spring.
