You had no breakfast. You promised a walk in shower, but you had none. Serve breakfast and follow through on your promises.

Clean Smell of weed in hallway & coming into our room was overwhelming. No shampoo offered or available.

Staff were helpful and friendly. We were able to check in early. We weren’t looking for any extras, just a place to sleep for the night and they were great. It was quiet and we weren’t looking able to get a good night’s sleep and head out early the next day.

I love the location. The staff was friendly. I wasn't informed until I got there that you could only have one pet and I had to take my pets with me when not in the room. Also in the state of South Carolina you can not leave your pets in a car. I had a wedding to attend to and had no where to take them to while attending the wedding.

The mattress and the pillows and they need a grab bar in showers in case you start to slide while you are in the shower.I almost slipped and fell in shower.

Room was very clean. Rooms and hallways looked newly painted. Desk (night and morning) we’re very friendly!

The front desk brought me extra blanket and pillow. Good fridge. Place to put suitcase No breakfast nor coffee. Too brignt LED lights near bed impossible to read from. Bathroom tissue located too far to reach from toilet, approx 4 feet. LOUD bathroom fan that came on automaticlly with light, Slippery tub and no grab bars to prevent falling. No towel racks. Grubby garbaga can outside side door.

Location was good. Checked in around 7 pm and due to noise in the room above ours was awful. Loud talking, yelling, beating on walls and at 12:30 am they turned the music up. Me amd my wife gathered our things and went to the front desk. The same guy who checked us in asked what was wrong. We told him and he didn't offer another room on the opposite end of the hotel or anything. He said " so you're checking out"? I said yes, due to the noise, I quess so. He asked when he handed the receipt back, as we stood there, anything else? I said a refund or partial refund would good. He told us he didn't do that and gave me a number to call. I called that number the next morning and explained to a AI what had occurred and was advised a refund had to be handled at the front desk. Awful experience, especially since no other room offered and no refund.
