The entire experience was great.

Everything was great! I can’t say anything bad about the hotel

The staff was amazing! The rooms were super clean and if I had an issue it was fixed very fast.

Check in was great and my room was clean and comfortable. Excellent internet connection. Nice shower. Nice t.v. Nice bed except pillows were kinda flat. Greatvview from outside my window. Good breakfast and great coffee. I'll come again Thanks.

There was something that looked like chocolate syrup on the ceiling but breakfast was great. They also only gave us two towels when I had four people in the room.

Nice breakfast and clean modern room. Need coffee/tea making facilities in the rooms.

The transport service was a nice addition, the hotel staff was very friendly Rooms were a little dingy and could use some upkeep

Everything Nothing

The room was very clean and really appreciated the flooring - no carpet! Lobby was bright and cheerful. Staff was friendly. The breakfast that was included and plentiful with lots of choices. Would stay at this property again when we go though Sioux City

It’s brand new and although I wanted to complain about the design it was actually a really comfortable room I stayed for a week. They don’t stock the little drink think but a nice maverick gas station with hot food and stuff is about 15 feet from the entrance so that’s probably why.

Hotel was very modern and in a great location. Rooms were clean and bed’s were comfortable. The breakfast included was a great value. The night time front desk staff Liz was exceptional! Showers doors had a low sitting cross bar that is not tall people friendly. The rooms needed better sound proofing or hotel needs to pass out ear plugs at the front desk. It sounded like furniture was being moved all night long. Also, I didn’t see fruit or waffle offered at breakfast. Lastly I hated being charged 250 dollars for smoking outside of facility. This fee was more than the cost of my entire stay. However management did review and resolve.

Right off the highway and fairly clean Staff was very rude when I checked in. I don’t like feeling that I am bothering her to do her job.
