All was good, room was clean, quiet and location convenient. there was no free coffee in lobby of hotel in mornings, which was strange, all other high end offer complimentary coffee in a.m.

When making the reservation we had asked for a room with a view of the river. Due to a huge tree we did not have any view. There was no ice machine, just a sign letting guests know that there was no ice machine on that floor. When we checked in we had no idea our debit card would be charged twice!! (We are still waiting for the second charge to be put back on my debit card). That for sure made our stay a lot less enjoyable and relaxing. I would not have stayed had it not been for the fact that I was going to be charged regardless. I probably won't stay here again, which is unfortunate because this place was highly recommended by the front desk clerk at the Hard Rock Hotel across the bridge. I wish there was a way to make this right for me and my husband but you live and you learn.

I paid extra for a room with a view. The view was a horrid half diatroyed swimming pool with green crap in it.

Excellent hotel. Room was clean, comfortable, and luxurious. I loved being able to look out over the river from my room. I would definitely sat here again!

For the price a decent breakfast could have been included. The staff overall were good. Very attractive building. Very clean.

I had the room adjacent to the elevator, the elevator door squeaked every time it opened and closed. I could hear every time.

The room was great. It is just kind of bad that there was only one microwave and it was away on the other side of the property and it was quite a walk to get there.

Problems with the shower, water on the floor. Moved to another room. Staff very helpful

Very nice hotel. The one bad thing Would say would be that even with our room temp at 65 degrees the room was still warm.

Noisy, could hear water running in pipes. $50 incidental charge. Frayed carpet in room. Toilet wouldn't flush right. Bed was uncomfortable.

Lovely hotel by the river. Instructions from the check-in clerk were a bit lacking: no map of the build, wifi info or parking. The shower needed a good scrubbing but otherwise the room was excellent.

We usually live this hotel, stay a few times a year to use the pool. Spend extra for a walkout to the pool. We were not told the pool was closed due to maintenance until after we checked in. Disappointed is an understatement, as our grand kids were also coming to swim. They offered a discount, which we did not receive. The pool was not closed due to mere maintenance, it was complete construction. So not only no pool, our beautiful view of the pool and river was piles of dirt and construction equipment. I understand this is needed from time to time, but buyers should be made aware before booking that the pool is closed, not after the fact.
