Fabulous hotel! The staff was so very helpful. I was so glad I picked this hotel. Airport shuttle was very helpful and driver was great and a great resource of local information. Kahills restaurant was top notch!

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this property and it has sense went downhill. First of all I paid $400 plus for a patio room and seeing how there were no more rooms available at check in was placed in an accessible room close an entrance very noisy. Second I was not made aware at the time of booking that the pool was not open and this is one of the reasons I stayed there. Also paid for breakfast with my booking and never received that . After talking with hotel staff, they informed me there was nothing they could do for me as far as discount or anything for this inconvenience I will not be staying there again, very disappointed.

The only thing I didn't like was that we could not figure out how to open the chair in the handicap shower. I called the Maintenance service and the man did not know either. He said there must be a sp;ring somewhere. No one ever came up and we had no use of the shower seat during our stay. I suggest a note of direction be taped close to the shower. Older handicapped like we were need easy facilities.

Outdoor pool is advertised as a amenity. It is in absolutely NO use with ugly dark brown water standing. Absolutely an eye sore to a beautiful facility overlooking the Missouri River.

This hotel is very nice and clean, but the pool is out of order at the moment.

On site restaurant but bit pricey. No complementary breakfast and pool was not avaliable due to repairs. Staff friendly and helpful.

Pool and hot tub were shut down for summer which is a shame …. view from room was lovely and the patios outside the room were nice for taking in the river view.

90% of the reason I booked this hotel was for the pool and hot tub so our grandkids could enjoy them while on a short vacation. Neither were in operating order. There sure were nice pics of them on the website though. Very disappointing. The pool didn't look like it had been touched in quite a while.

Absolutely loved our stay there! The room was comfortable, the staff were very helpful with any questions we had or any concerns. The property was very kept up and was beautiful. We did have a slight issue with our ac in the room but maintenance was there immediately to resolve the issue! Definitely look forward to coming back!

This property was very nice, but the hotel and staff need to figure out a better way to provide the complementary breakfast for those that purchase it. The room was not conveniently accessible.

The facility was at maximum capacity. The swimming pool and hot tub were not working. Unless an inquiry was made, one would have assumed the reason was to save the corporation expense for repairs. Very sad. Ice machine near our room was not functioning. Housekeeping was 10 out of 10 rating. Kudos to housekeeping.

We arrived in a terrible storm. No covered parking for the hail. Not a deal breaker nor expected. Staff had graciously put us in a tornado safe room on the first floor. Staff was immediately taking care of a flooded hallway as we walked to our room. Restaurant was outstanding. Patio was great on the Missouri but the storm severely limited our enjoyment. Would definitely stay again.
