Nice clean rooms
-
The rooms were great but there was no coffee pot in the room and when we asked for one, the first time the person said they would have one brought up. 4 hours later no coffee pot. We asked again and this time they said they didn’t have one because the ones they ordered leaked. Tried to call down to desk and never got an answer. The rooftop bar drinks were not at all good. They used low end mixes and were not good. Also the rooftop music was way too loud. Could not talk because the music was to loud.

I've stayed here twice now and enjoy the comfort of the rooms. Very relaxing and lots of entertainment provided if one is interested in that as well. Definitely would recommend to others.
-
over hyped but was really nice in the inside you also don’t have a microwave in your room
-
Although the hotel states dinner is served until 9 PM, it should be noted that we arrived at 8:30 and were unable to be seated and served dinner.

The first floor of the hotel

Didn’t have breakfast

Beautiful restoration of hotel. Nice finishes, etc. Staff was didn’t seem to be very interested in serving guests. Restaurant food was unimpressive and rooftop bar was poorly staffed and could have made a “killing” if there was an adequate menu. Limited towels.
-
The first floor smelled like sewer. It was nauseating.
-
The location was perfect for attending a concert at The Orpheus Theatre. The staff was very friendly. The room was big and nicely equipped. Nothing

Loved this historic property. Excellent friendly and helpful staff, very clean and with great amenities.
-
This place was extremely nice. We enjoyed our stay and took advantage of the rooftop bar.
-
Very updated hotel in downtown Sioux City! Rooms were beautiful and as well as the scene from the rooftop; enjoyed the bar up there also: Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it also.

Fabulous experience!

When we first entered our room, our AC was off and it was over 80 degrees in there. We turned on the AC, but it just wouldn’t cool down. We eventually got a hold of the front desk, and they gave us a different room which was nice but it was a big pain moving everything over. Service was slow in the restaurants and when we needed something from the front desk. We went to the pool, and it was filthy. Dirty towels and cups were scattered. There were no clean towels available. The shower in the room is built poorly. The water just leaks out from the door. There was garbage under a chair and something on the door knob so the room wasn’t cleaned properly. The bar was so short staffed on a Friday night. The one worker was doing his best. This place had the appearance of a higher end hotel, but the service and cleanliness says otherwise. It’s too bad, because it’s a beautiful building. We were very disappointed.
-
Very clean room, but very hot! The AC kept jumping up to 78. Staff was great, food at the steakhouse was great. The rooftop bar is a must!
-
The place was beautiful along with the room. Bowling was a blast and so was the roof top deck. Lots to do and lots in waking distance. Would stay again.
-
Room was very nice and comfortable. No coffee machine in rooom. Looks like it was set up for it since there was Kcups in the room.
-
The hotel is simply gorgeous and the staff excellent. I'll be back. 10 out of 10. The pool and hot tub were spotless and a nice surprise for a 100 year old downtown hotel.

This hotel is a work of art but comfortable and family friendly at the same time. Although they were understaffed in the restaurant for breakfast resulting in longer wait times and less than stellar service, the menu was excellent for both breakast and dinner. The bowling alley in the basement was a fantastic experience and the roof top bar was great. Would definitely stay again.
