Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sioux City

The rooms were clean, comfortable, quiet and spacious. Parking in the hotel portion of the lot is limited but there is plenty of casino parking. Main & Abby, the restaurant, is not very good and the Fuel deli is awful. There is an excellent Italian place Tractoria Fresca 3 blocks down the street. We ate there twice.

The staff was great. Very helpful and nice. Rooms were perfect.

The food in the casino was not great at all. The casino has a lot of older slot machines, which is what we like. They also have a lot of newer slot machines too. The hotel itself is built into a very old building, so the layout is not what you would expect, but kind of cool.

Cleanest hotel i have ever stayed in and I travel alot. The memorabilia on the walls and rooms are amazing and the place smells goos.

We love staying here when passing through Sioux City. Friendly staff, fun place with the casino, good options to eat.

Our drain in the shower was slow draining.

Room was supposed to be out of order but we were still placed in it. Dog walking area closed off.

The hotel was nice, it was an industrial style. There is smoking on the casino floor and it did filter in the rooms. The selection of restaurants wasn't great. There was no Hardrock Cafe.

The elevator in the parking garage was broken we had to walk down flight of stairs. ... our room was freezing .. and the casino was ridiculously freezing it was stupid how cold it was in there. ... the next morning our paper cups for coffee was all wet and we had only 1 packet with sugar in it .. then leaving the hotel we had to walk up the ramp to get our car cause the doors were locked to the stairs to parking garage !!!! Whos does that ????? So we crossed the street and walked up the ramp luggage and stuff. BLOCK IT OFF IF A PERSON CANT ACCESS THE GARAGE. STUPID!! Very disapointed with this visit .. and casino. LET LOOSE A LITTLE PEOPLE DONT COME BACK IF THEY CANT WIN ANYTHING. HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME. ...
