Rooms could use a facelift. Beds were atrocious, room felt dirty, some hand towels appeared to be dirty when we arrived. Hotel as a whole seemed fine, but rooms did not appear to be same quality.

The front desk attendant was very rarely at the front desk even though there was a huge bell. And the rooms smelled very musty. But, the ground were pretty to make up for that?

I have been celebrating my daughyers Bday for the past 6 years at Stoney Creek Inn. We always have a great time. The staff store the ice cream in their freezer until we need ot and they are always friendly and welcoming g!

Everything was great. The connected pools and the koi pond was very cool. Don't have that at most places.

We did not realize until after we had checked in that the rooms would not be cleaned daily, we were assured that we could request a room cleaning if needed. On the third day we requested new towels and for the trash to be taken- we were told they would do a full cleaning. We returned that evening to a room that had not been touched. We didn’t have any clean towels- we spoke to the front desk and they assured us the next day they would take care of the room. The next day the trash was taken and new towels were brought but the beds were not properly made (just sheets pulled up to the pillows) and there was no toilet paper or tissues in the room. We were not impressed. Last time we stayed here we felt the entire hotel was dirty and out dated. We had been assured by other travelers that it had been updated. While these updates were minimal it was in better condition this stay. Overall it was just ok. We were impressed with the daily breakfast and early check in. There needs to be more attention to the cleanliness of the hotel rooms, hallways and pool area.

The staff were really nice and helpful and there were a lot of amenities like a laundry room, fitness center, indoor/outdoor pool. The room was pretty nice but I couldn’t get over how old the toilet in the bathroom was and while they may have cleaned it, it didn’t feel clean.

Checked in to this beautiful property. And come to find out hot tub is closed due to maintenance. Really on a Friday night, was told that it would be back open at 6am. It wasn't we sat down there till 8am, nothing! We packed up and left. Will know next time to call first.

Stayed one night for a concert in the area. Room was clean and comfortable and quiet. Would definitely stay here again!

The staff was very helpful when our ac didn’t work by getting us a new room asap.
