WoodSpring Suites Sioux Falls

This place is disgusting. Particularly the stairwells. My time there, there was urine in the stairwells, feces in the stairwell, people would leave their trash in the stairwells, and it would take days for it to be taken. I understand that the hotel can’t control what people do, but it’s the responsibility for the hotel to clean and make sure it’s clean. The keys stop working after a few days, and to get a new one will take 30-45 minutes, because there’s no one ever at the front desk. The people that stay there are trashy. The WiFi rarely worked. Bed was uncomfortable. When you went to get new sheets or towels, it was often they didn’t have any clean yet. The dryer on site takes 2-3 cycles to actually dry. Overall, this place needs new management. It’s clear they don’t care.

When I got there they gave the room and it was a single bed with a couch 🛋 I reserved a 2 beds I told the front desk and he said that the system did something and that's why I got a one bed room had to look for another hotel at 7 at night

They had dog poop in the hallways the whole time I was there it was never picked up the staff is never really in the office and the lady that works the desk is rude

I stayed 2 wks. without issues with staff or residents. Busy location but no noise or parking issues to complain about.

Would not stay there again. Glad it was just for a few hrs.

Room was absolutely gross. There was something brown running down the wall by the bed. The toilet paper holder was missing the part that holds the roll. There was pubic hair on the bedding.

Washers and driers coin operated but reception easily changed $ bills No pots or pans provided must bring your own

Not clean and no blankets.

The tv was not able to be watched because the wifi was down or something so we watched movie apps on our phones

Did not honor the booking...

It was not a pleasant experience staying here. The initial impression of the area was very bad. There were rundown trailers lining the parking lot where the entrance of the hotel is. Things were rundown in the hotel and very much needed updating. Caulking in bathroom was not good. There was mold along caulking of shower.

Amenities would be great if they actually worked. Couldn’t access the external entry door adjacent the laundry. At least 3 different cards did not activate the lock. The microwave didn’t work. Netflix just went into error. Wifi not working

1. Twenty four hours before I was traveling 5 hours to get to the hotel I reserved two weeks prior the hotel refused to honor my reservation. When my hotels.com called, I explained I reserved the reservations weeks prior and that they had 24 hours to fix it. Needless to say I got to the hotel and the attended stated the construction workers didn't check out. I said that wasn't my problem and that he should still honor my reservation that I made two weeks prior. Needless to say I had to drive around for 1 1/2 hours to find a place to stay. Thank you Hotels.com for finding me a place, but honestly you should have covered the whole cost of the inconvenience of the whole situation. I would recommend you NEVER put anyone up at the WoodSpring Suites Sioux Falls, SD. The unprofessionalism from this place is unacceptable. Thank you, Becky

Kitchen was not fully equipped. I stayed 3 nights and they don’t do house keeping. I have a friend that stayed there too and stayed for a month and hasn’t had his room clean.
