The staff were very helpful and kept the lobby welcoming and clean. Our room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was better than most and the staff kept everything organized and fresh. Would recommend.

Very clean, definitely showing so wear and tear, the airport shuttle is deceiving its through a third party and only runs from 7 am to 7 pm. I don’t have the breakfast. The coffee was always available and pretty good.

Great location for travel.

The rooms and common area was very clean and inviting. The kitchen was great. The sink was a bit on the small side, but as a perk the room bad a compact dishwasher The room also had the basics kitchen items you would need which was nice to not have to use paper and plastic dinnerware. The beds are comfortable but very firm. Nice selections of pillows and a nice selection of blankets and sheets. Overall a great place to stay.

I loved the set up of the room; the ottoman with the removable table and the standing tray were very convenient and were way cool! The 2 gals that I spoke and dealt with were very helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was great; the variety and the different toppings for the waffles were awesome! The king size bed was very comfortable and our room was very clean. The first day when I checked in, I noticed a sign at the front desk that said the pool was closed due to maintenance. I was upset because when I booked the room online, it didn't say anything about the pool being closed during my stay. That was one of the reasons why I decided to go with this room; the fact that there was a pool! I was then told it would be about 2 weeks before it would be fixed. Later, my husband had spoken with a gentleman up front who told my husband that it would be fixed on Monday. So, I decided to book the room for one more night, thinking that the pool would be fixed sometime on Monday, so that I could take my 6 year old Grandson swimming. On Monday around 3:30 or so, my husband called the hotel to check the status on the pool and they told my husband that it was open. So, arohnd6 6:30-7, I took my Grandson down to the pool, only to find a note stating that the pool was clised! Try explaining to a 6year old, who was very excited to go swimming, that we can't go. Why would the staff tell my husband that it was open when it was in fact closed?

I booked this room at a pretty significant rate increase from the surrounding area specifically for the pool and hot tub access which we were only told after checking in and paying was unavailable. The suite's induction oven top and dishes had to be re cleaned, there's a big mold spot in the bathroom and their advertised netflix access is only accessible if you log in and use your own account. The staff was great and breakfast was also good. But whomever owns this place needs to do maintenance.

Bed-comfortable. Breakfast- delicious. Kitchen- had all the things needed. Swimming pool- clean, but cold Living room-couch was flat, hard to get out of and pulled you to the middle where it was the flattest. Chair was worn. There was a used scrub pad in the kitchen cabinet. Had to ask for makeup removers and toilet paper.

Courteous staff. Tub was stained and had malfunctioning stopper. Overall good stay.

Was not informed the pool was down until on the way with kids.

I booked the hotel so my girls could swim and hot tub. When we arrived the pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance. That would have been nice to know before arriving. Won’t stay again.

Clean room just not very sound proof. Stayed on the second floor and you could hear the elevator open and easily hear people turning their exhaust fans on in the morning
