Pillows are bad. Bathroom old. Breakfast worse than other hotels in the same area

We booked this hotel based on the reviews and pictures and we were pleasantly surprised by the location and room. Everything was clean and well laid out. The location was the most pleasant surprise as it has a little beach out back on this little lake with a nice walking path all the way around it. Can walk to a variety of restaurants as well, which was nice. Would definitely stay again for sure!

Beautiful place and great location. Hallway got loud and the next door neighbor tv was quite loud as could hear it through adjoining room door.

Wonderful hotel. Clean and spacious rooms. Great staff. My husband and I took a three day getaway and the hotel was perfect. It stayed nice and cool during the heatwave as well.

The room was nice and clean. Beds were a little hard but okay. Bathroom was nice and clean as well. The staff were very friendly and informative about the amenities. Breakfast was great with a variety of foods for different tastes.

Room was semi clean until we came across boogers on the wall and in the sheets in one of the beds had blood stains and boogers. When checking in an African American female acted as if she was there to cause she had to. Didn’t say the greeting and just wasn’t the nicest. Located near shopping area and food places.

Everything was amazing for our 1 night stay for the concert!

Got your room, went to lower blackout blind, was broken, went and notified front desk, nothing was said or done at that point, again 3am. Slept in very late, when leaving the property later that afternoon, was informed no maintenance working on the weekend, but they were supposed to have informed us we could change rooms, at this time we were leaving until well after midnight, and did not have time to completely pack up and move before we had to be at our event. Stayed in room for 3 nights, no type of compensation, or even a free beverage at their bar was offered. As the stay progressed the pool was closed and we were unable to even use that. So not the stay we expected at all.

We love staying at this property when we come to Sioux Falls. Quiet area with food choices close by along with a bit of shopping. Friendly staff, great breakfast, super clean and modern rooms, wonderful atmosphere which includes the outdoor area. Never disappointed when we stay here.

Hotel is great, clean, nice rooms, good location. Check in was bumpy because my hotels.com reservation didn’t show up right away so we had to wait an extra 15 minutes or so, but other than that - was all good. Will stay here again!

One of the best breakfast I have ever had at a hotel. The deck overlooking the lake is excellent. Beds comfortable and quiet. Showers are hot.

We would stay there again! It was clean, and the bed was comfortable! Their continental breakfast offered a variety of delicious breakfast foods!
