The rooms were smelling damp. like it had mold in the walls and floor. The staff offered to clean because they did not have another adjoining room, but made no difference

Location was what we needed, that’s about it. First the toilet overflowed in the one room. Our room I don’t know when the last time they cleaned the floors after seeing my white socks black. Also I have been at hotels with continental breakfast but this was the worst. The eggs were the worst I ever tasted, coffee machine was broken, and no decaf coffee except instant.

Clean campus. It was ok, but not fabulous. Ever seen a split level hotel room? Step up into the bathroom. I liked the newish look to the reno. Pool was open and crystal clear. Nestled in Amish country next toa farm, close to everything you'd want to see and do in Lancaster. Had all the normal amenities-coffeepot, microwave, fridge. It was all functional and clean. Cable TV. Excellent WIFI. 3 floors,no elevator. It's a hike up three flights. It was good, but I doubt I'd return to climb 3 stories. I was optimistic about the climb thoug, being I had no choice. Staff lessthan thrilled to be there it seemed.

Staff are amazing! Sriya and the rest made sure I was as comfortable as I can be everyday! They are friendly and helpful. Place is clean , quiet and the pool is good too. Everything in the room worked, power outlets and the usb c and a ports are a nice touch. Zero complaints highly recommend over anywhere else at this price range.
