Their mattresses are harder than we and other fam members like otherwise enjoyed our stay.

Room was very comfortable and clean! Plenty of towels, full size fridge, great supply of kitchen utensils, super nice laundry facilities and gym area. Pool was clean

This was my second time staying here. The first room during this stay was dirty; second room less dirty. Then on check out day maids busted in before we got our stuff out of the room. They either ignored or didn't understand the hotelier's instructions that I had a late check out time.

They offer no free breakfast options. Only coffee.

Good layout and location Pool was filthy and unusable. Looked like green sludge. Odd smell throughout the building. Bedding looked aged.

Place was great and clean, great toilet paper, but curtain was completely in tatters and room was very loud by laundry room.

This was a very nice hotel, room was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The room appeared to be nice initially. Once we got on the bed there was a foul smell. I called the front desk to ask for the bed to be changed because it was dirty. The guy said housekeeping was not there. I asked if we could at least get some different pillows and he said there were none. The next day the linen was changed and for a short while the smell was better but still smelled. I believe it was also the mattress. I asked to change rooms but was told they didn’t have another king. We weren’t able to sleep in the bed the first night. The room was a handicapped room and the shower hose would not stay up. Bathroom door would not close completely. Room needed some upgrades. I think when I book through Hotels.com. They give you the worse rooms. I will stop using hotels.com

The air conditioning in my room did not work well at all I was uncomfortable and sweaty the whole time ended up leaving early and not staying the night

They have a small parking lot and not much room for a truck and trailer if there is more than 2 about impossible and the only ice machine in whole building is in the market pantry. Things were clean beds comfortable
