Great experience. Loved having a kitchen and table to eat. Great train ride experience and wonderful customer service. Love the store at bottom of mountain as well.

Love the pretty much ski and ski out. Hot tubs were busy but always had availability for sitting pool was nice and warm. They closed promptly at 10pm but staff was reasonable at closure.

The staff is very accommodating and the room was clean and comfortable. Thank you

Location was great. Wish the water in the shower was warmer. Everyone else’s in the same building had hot water, we had luke warm at best. Would also have been nice to have better kitchen supplies (knifes that cut, bowls etc).

The parking was very odd and far away from the hotel.

All of it was clean and easy to move around the resort I’m not a mountain person, curvy roads getting there.

The place. Was nice and the area was nice. My biggest issue was the main bed. It was so uncomfortable. My back hurt every morning

The only issue they experienced was with Streaming TV. It would not stay on (it kept turning off) and it would not enable streaming. They researched ways to fix the issues but were unsuccessful. They shared this experience with the property manager.

Not friendly, never asked if everything ok, poor cleaning, rooms in bad condition, only one ice machine for entire building, and also out of service. No bike parking. The personal running that Resort does not know what is doing.

My room number was 105, 1st floor in Alleghany Springs. The dishwasher needed to be reattached to the wall, the 2 screws were clearly sitting on the counter above, but this was not repaired before our stay. Each time opened, the DW jarred forward, ugh! The room was clean, & adequate for the 4 of us, realizing that sofa beds are never the most comfortable.

Location & pool Most of the fitness equipment didn’t work.

We requested 2 extra blankets and 2 extra pillows but despite talking to the front desk and the cleaning crew, we never received them. I asked for extra towels but they said they would charge extra for those. It’s very convenient for skiing so we like the location but the front desk staff are less than helpful and don’t act like they want to be there.

Excellent in all aspects, plenty of heat with the temperatures outside dropping to -1°F Fahrenheit on the morning of departure. The room had a beautiful fireplace.

Molly(desk) , Ashley and David (valet) were all exceptional! Everyone else on staff that we spoke with were very young and not knowledgeable. They were all very nice with smiles. Just forget about any answers or getting your vehicle if the valet is gone. The untrained / unknowledgeable staff. A few were WONDERFUL. Good luck finding them.

Very nice We went to leave early Sunday morning and went down to get a luggage cart and they were all gone, others staying in the establishment had taken all 12 of them up to their rooms the night before, we were the only ready to leave at 7:00 a.m. and had to carry all of our stuff down by hand ! Changes need to be made with this problem!!

We were also charged an additional $145.00 when checking in for maintenance, cleaning fee. It wasn't a security deposit as they informed us at checkout that it's on top of the room rate. This made no sense as it should have been listed as a separate charge within Expedia. We were told to park within the Mountain Lodge parking area which is gated. The 2nd day upon arriving back at the property we were told this was ONLY for Mountain Lodge residents and we would be towed if we parked there. The attendant directed us to a tiny parking area behind the gated one which wasn't convenient for my handicapped wife. Overall our time at the Allegheny Springs was ok. The heated pool and hot tubs were very nice. Let's just try and add the extra fee to the reservation process via all the locations that handle Allegheny Springs. Also, clearly articulating where to park will avoid unnecessary grief.
