Clean room. Staff was awesome.

The mountain is a ghost town at this time of year, which meant I got to stay in a very nice place for a very reasonable fee. The guy who checked me in could have been a little friendlier, and there was NO ONE THERE when I wanted to check out. So I don't give the staff high grades. But the room was truly excellent! It really exceeded my expectations.

What a beautiful place. The sunset view room did not disappoint! Beautiful clean room. The bathroom could use a hook for your towel.

This is a new experience for us to stay in a ski resort area. Very interesting, even in June. Be aware that the restaurants, even the two on the property, close earlier than you might expect, even in the off-season for skiing. You may want to eat at the state park in downtown Cass before heading up the winding road to the ski lodge if arriving late afternoon/early evening. Motif is very nice in the lobby, and even in the guest room where there's a fireplace.

It was quaint but really over priced. Loved the fireplace in the room and the beautiful bathroom. Heard other guests outside our room till late.

Clean hotel, clean room and a comfortable bed for a hotel. Eat an early dinner before everything closes. Tuque’s kitchen and the Pizza place were both closed early. I walked 3/10ths of a mile to the next resort village to grab our food to go. Overall, a very pleasant stay with an amazing view.

At this time of the year business around there is only open Thursday through Sunday. Because it is a ski resort business picks up in the middle of June.

We never stayed at a Ski Lodge before and it was very comfortable. It is off season so not many people but we enjoyed our one night visit. Gas Fireplace in room a nice touch! Heated floor in bathroom and Towel warmer! Larissa who checked us in was Awesome!!! Went above and beyond!!! We want to go back to hike and maybe go Fly fishing. We don’t do cold so off season is good for us!

There was no online help available using the kiosk; once the original operator had signed off I had no way of contacting him again. I had obtained a contact telephone number from the online information, but there was no cell service available on the mountain where the inn was located. Eventually, I located a piece of paper attached to the wall of the entry area which provided instructions to sign on to the facility Wi-Fi which enabled telephone communications. The same sheet of paper provided four telephone numbers as potential contacts. The first two did not answer the phone. The 3rd was helpful, but was unable to provide me with a key card. Ultimately, they contacted their security contractor who dispatched an agent to unlock the room. We had been driving for hours and were very tired after a busy day. It was not the welcome we needed and expected. Overall the room was acceptable. Several aspects of the property appeared somewhat run down - while it was not as attractive as it had appeared online, it was not unacceptable.

Staff were wonderful. Room was perfect. Really enjoyed our off season stay.

The coffee machine was not working properly and with no breakfast I was disappointed. Cleaning services were excellent.

The location and view from our room was lovely. Many of the room amenities were very helpful.
