Cozy, good value, great ski in ski out location Could use a little update on the decor

The room was a dated and basic furniture was uncomfortable. Dining options are limited to one restaurant and a coffee shop. There were 2 fire alarms on back-to-back nights and when we went to leave, the parking lot was not plowed

Very spacious, clean and had everything we needed.

Good size rooms for my family . Lodge was very easy to navigate.

Condo and the property was very outdated. Beds were uncomfortable. There is a great coffee shop and restaurant/bar at the property so that was nice, but it closed early. The location was ideal for skiing - so for that reason only I would stay here again.

It was in a good area and staff was nice. The room had not been cleaned well at all. There was food on the floor, we found a mouth guard on the floor, hair in the shower, and I wont even say what we found on the sofa bed mattress…. my husband ended up taking that so my 15 year old wouldn’t have to sleep on it!

Ski lists belong to the hotel. Get out and you're already riding. The girls at the front desk were very rude. There was a feeling of bullying, I had to call the manager.

Fairly nice place but old and in need of an overhaul. Biggest thing was that the balcony door leaked so bad we had quite a bit of snow come into the room. Cold air is one thing, but significant snow blew in with door shut.

I would definitely recommend the owners to get a new bed it was a little uncomfortable.

We never received a room key that worked. We had to call security every time we needed in our room. Very frustrating. And there was no air conditioning which we didn’t know when we booked.

Been there several times - it needs an upgrade as its still in the 970's in design/ carpets/walls etc.however the rooms have everything you need and you can ski out the back door through the night .Do not go after march 15th after any given year as it will be too late to ski - but pricewise and lift tickets prices well worth it - if you ski .Otherwise nothing else to do .This is not Vail or Aspen .Also no cell service for 30 miles -but you have old style land lines in the rooms ...

The place is worn but the people were chill and helpful. Everything worked but wasn’t easy to navigate as check in was closed when we got there and we just happened to have a restaurant employee help us figure out another building we had to drive to check in.

Love the location to the slope and the convenience of the restaurant, convenience store which has a little bit of everything.

it qas clean has everything we needed. the washer wasnt workinf righr abd a maintenance person qastberein10 minutes ri fix rbe problem. It was nice to get away

Amazing place as always. Perfect place for ski in /ski out vacation. Definitely going back.

It was great! Silver creek is just below snowshoe so it’s a lot more relaxed and just as easy to go snowboarding.

Very clean and cozy

Directions for lodge that was not staffed confusing. Help a mile away. “Rooms” we’re ok, a little dated. Bathroom small. Bulbs missing or out of lamps or fixtures. Otherwise ok. Overall enjoyable. Hard place to get to.

Exceeded my expectations. Planning on staying here again. Best place to stay on Snowshoe Mountain in my opinion.

The place is nice but there was no hot water in the shower. During the cold winter months, this is a necessity. We made the owners aware of this immediately and no one came to check/fix this issue the entire stay. Other than that, the place was fine.
