The room itself was nice though. I'd go back when I want to visit Snowshoe, WV or the surrounding area. The property is right in the middle of the village, which is nice. Close to restaurants and shops.

Great place!
-
It is so close to the slopes! There isn’t anyone on staff. No front desk to ask any questions. Zero information was given and no one returned my message when we didn’t have heat.
-
It was absolutely fantastic. Everything was great. Just what I needed.

Convince , heated garage Unit 202 the bed needs to be updated, very uncomfortable

I was so happy we had the option to be in the parking garage. With the ice storm, it was a key factor in how pleasant our trip went. We had two rooms of the same layout and 1 room had much more comfort accommodations. I know they are reliant on the condo owners decision, it just was tough to decide who slept where with the discrepancy.

I liked that it was within the center of everything on top the mountain. I wish the hot tub was working during my stay.

Our room was clean and nice, the mattress is beyond wore out, needs replaced. Everything else was fine.
-
The lodge was very nice parking is horrible was told park our truck along the road. The sleeper sofa is all springs couldn't use it. The room was not stocked with toilet paper.
-
Great for a stay for 2, right in the middle of everything and Starbucks at your feet. Check and and loading is a bit of a pain but other than that if location and ski-in ski-out is what your are looking for it’s wonderful!

Location to everything. The way the wind came through the fireplace on the 4th floor and made loud banging noises all night

We have stayed there before and it’s always been a good experience Well, first off our reservations were wrong. We were staying an extra night and they were charging us the wrong price even though we had our paperwork and an email. They were not very helpful. Our room had a Murphy bed that we’ve never had before and it slept awful. The mattress was really bad. The room was clean. The location was good and we had a good time, but I will never stay in that room again the owner needs to do some major renovations to the bed plus in the middle of the night. Something fell off the bed and the bed was broken and we had to call maintenance

Need more comfort Location
-
Location Parking spaces in the garage were too narrow
-
Location was good. Room is badly in need of updating. Carpet has to go and bed setup was terrible with murphy bed as the main bed for a very expensive room.
-
Room and location was great The parking garage sucked
-
Location was ideal. Facility was clean. Not clear signage. Difficult to locate check in.
-
Love the location! Disliked the elevator not working and the we were on the 4th floor…. Luggage was a nightmare. Our room had one toilet paper roll and no one to call for more, they charge for towels to be switched out. Was not that impressed with Rimfire.
-
Elevator was down day if arrival and departure. Very inconvenient. Room conditions have deteriorated over the last few years as well

Not "Ski-In/Ski-Out" by any stretch. It was a 2-3 min slightly uphill walk to the first lift and meeting area--But not a bad walk either. There is no "front desk" at the Rimfire--so if you were locked out of your room, or needed something hands-on, you had to go to the Top of the Mountain Check-in (1/2 mile up the road for almost anything. RFID keys keep riff-raff/non-guests out of buildings, so they're secure. But don't lose it! Ski lockers were TINY. If you had a few people's skis or boards, no way you're putting everything in there. I was told they needed to swipe my credit card for a deposit and incidentals. No problem. Upon checkout, I found an ADDITIONAL $50+ daily "resort fee" was charged to my card. So beware...
