Beautiful rooms! Comfy bed! Great restaurant 😋😋

Everything is perfect!

The food was tremendous! The cleanliness was outstanding and the service was remarkable and friendly. There was a DJ in the lounge Friday night and live entertainment on Saturday night. And did I mention the food? The entrees were delicious and portion sizes were humongous! Special shout out to Mercy at the front desk who made sure our stay comfortable. Loved the pool and the property and location off of the freeway.

We spent a few days and was very relaxing and very professional. The was very roomy and clean.

Rooms always clean, hotel staff is great. Parking should be cheaper. It’s $25 per night plus tax.

This hotel was a great place to stay after our long plane trip. The staff got us checked in early, were friendly and helpful. The rooms were beautiful, and so was the whole property. The restaurant dining area has a fantastic view.

Great location near freeway. Super clean and modern.

Hotel is about a 10 minute drive from the airport, located in a quiet biotech area. No shuttle to and from the airport provided by the hotel. Front desk staff are helpful, there are some complimentary nuts/candies/water at the front desk. The bar / restaurant is allright, not amazing. There is a hotel pool which is quite small and a small gym next to the pool. The room is clean and comfortable. Nice view of an inlet from our room and the restaurant as well

My fiancée had a terrible medical emergency in which I had to literally carry her from our room on second floor through lobby to car . She was screaming and crying in agony and hotel staff didn’t even look up nor ask if we needed assistance or if she was even ok . I could have been kidnapping her for all the cared . Check was simple and smooth however I was brushed off when asked for a upper level room in which I had payed for a view room was told she already processed it and it was too late . Hotel dinner was excellent wait staff was attentive enjoyed view and room overall . You would expect more hospitality from a upscale chain but this was definitely my worst experience and I’m a member .

Parking was expensive at $26, not included in price.

I would like to thank Mercy who assisted me at check in. She was very kind and happy to help. Please extend my gratitude to her. I like coming home to AC hotels when I’m away from home. Love your hotels and the great people in them.
