Booked a Suite but was told it was “overbooked” upon arrival and was given a two-queen room instead. The room was clean, and Veronica was very nice and did her best to accommodate us. However, the hotel needs better communication and handling of third-party bookings, especially when guests have reserved a specific room type.

Great stay, i don’t care what the other reviews say. I’m picky about where I stay and this was a great establishment from the bar to the rooms and to the views of oyster bay!
