Breakfast was great, prepared fresh daily. Location is right on the SF Bay Trail, a terrific place to walk.

The hotel and my room are excellent. Personnel are professional and always willing to help.

The tv didn’t work, there was no remote control for one of the tvs. There was a humid smell in the room. The receptionist was rude and not helpful at all. I asked to be moved to a different room, he said he would check and never got back to me. Night service at the front desk can and should improve. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Room was clean, staff was friendly and breakfast was doable. Loved the pancakes! Overall would stay again for a long stay

I had to ask them to change the room due to the noise. The replacement room was fine.

Comfortable, clean and quite. Very spacious room and just what I needed for one night. Good shower, water pressure and temperature. Cute kitchen; the fridge was handy. Breakfast was meh.

Kitchen very clean and all the items you needs for cooking and more ...from utilities to dishwasher....

The rooms were not clean, found hair in shower and dirty towels, missing chair from kitchen and smoke alarm had a paper cover that I had to let staff know so I wouldn’t get charged for those things. The breakfast was the same thing for 3 days straight scrambled eggs, sausage bits, and oatmeal. It was always a mess because kids roaming around without their parents and adults who just have no concern for others and would leave a mess. Only one toaster so huge wait for that as well, parking was a nightmare as not enough space so had to ask staff a couple times where can I park and they directed me to remove cone and park there. Staff was kind and area by the water was nice and quiet.

Easy access to the SFBay trail, large room. Wonderful stay.

Very nice room and good breakfast overall. I feel like the value was ok. They weren’t super strict as noted at front desk about their no noice rule after 11pm though, which was a bummer, but not 100% their fault in a way. We’d consider staying again possibly

Breakfast was the only consistent thing. Cleanliness was well below average. 1st room was very dirty. They switched us and it was cleaner. Wildly outside the room no one noticed they forgot the trash and dirty linens from the cleaning of the room. Hotel served its purpose, but lacked on cleanliness. Nice staff

they do not clean the rooms daily, so people leave big bags of trash outside their room . dirty towels are left on the hallways too. I went for a walk on the trail besides the hotel , only to find homeless camping besides the trail

staff was very helpful for the most part. my only real complaint is the noise of the trains running by periodically.

Our room was not well cleaned. The floor was dirty, refrigerator still had food in it, the tub was dirty, look like blood smear on door entering room. Also for check-out, there was no one at the front desk to assist us. We even tried calling the hotel from our phone and no one answered. The security guard stated the clerk had left for lunch.

The hotel does not correspond to the price I paid. When we arrived and went to the jacuzzi and the pool, the children were eating chips and various foods in the jacuzzi and did not pay attention to the comments. That food was in the water. Someone poured soap into the jacuzzi, there was a lot of foam. Then night came and homeless people with a dog slept under my window. They did not let me and my children sleep all night. They talked loudly, shouted, used rotten words. The dog barked all night. It was horror, not night. I will not come back here again.
