Sonesta ES Suites San Francisco Airport Oyster Point Waterfront

Overall clean and suites are large. But room1, the bathroom sink was clogged. Room2 tub drain was draining very slow though they fixed both issues the next day.

This is our second time as a family staying here and it was an overall pretty good experience. It is noisy given the location, with the airport and Caltrain running nearby. However, the place is kept pretty clean, the staff are super helpful and pleasant, the price is pretty good, and the amenities and breakfast are more than sufficient for an extended stay hotel. I would give this place a solid 4 and would stay again if in the area for more than a night or two.

I probably wouldn’t stay here again. Someone employees were very helpful, others We’re just playing on their phone. There were two fire alarms two days in a row. I am traveling with my Service dogs and they were very upset and traumatized. There were no protocols that were followed after the fire alarm —people just had to figure out if it was time to go back in. there were people smoking next to my window and the wind was blowing it in my room. The breakfast was average nothing great. It was pretty much the same fake scrambled eggs and variations of sausage.

I was really disappointed with the way I had to check in and the added cost of parking for almost 20 dollars a day. That is an extra expense I didn't know about. When I was checking in the man couldn't find my name, I gave him my ID as well ask my passport. Both forms of identification had my middle name present. He said he couldn't find me, I had to wait for him to get his manager to tell him that middle name was present. He was asking me for different names I could have used I said I only use my full legal name and he still couldn't find me until the manager helped me. Going into the room was okay, the mugs that you use to make coffee made both dirty and I had to wash them. We didn't use the dished or coffee maker only the microwave which was clean. Going into the bed it had like sand or something in the sheets we used the spot sheets in the closet. The floor still had hair from the previous people and it also had soap and hair on the walls in the bathroom. This was a very expensive hotel, I don't think I will book here again.

The views are great and the location is convenient as well. Breakfast had standard options too.

Hotel with great views but seems like they are understaffed with their cleaning crew for the rooms.

We stayed for 4 nights, and never had the room cleaned. I’ve never had a hotel go longer than 3 nights with no cleaning. When I asked the front desk if there was toothpaste available, I was told no. Then the next day after purchasing toothpaste, found a sign that it was available at the desk. The hotel is quite isolated for location, with no real businesses close for food or convenience stores. The hotel itself was clean, nice location, great breakfast. But I wouldn’t stay there again.

Our stay here was perfect! Great quiet location with a short, easy drive to downtown San Francisco to enjoy the sites. Our one bedroom suite was really nice and gave us plenty of room to relax, a separate bedroom with a very comfortable bed, nice kitchen and beautiful view of the bay. Will definitely stay here again when in the area.

This is a nice hotel away from the crowds of San Francisco but close enough to drive into the city to enjoy the sights.

Great place to stay if you’re looking for having a full kitchen to cook. Sofa bed is nice and comfy as well.

It was great from the start. The room I had originally reserved was not available so they upgraded me. The room was very clean, spacious more than what i anticipated. Outside the view was beautiful. Walking path and awesome seating area. The buffet breakfast was good too. A bit of everything was available. I will definitely use this hotel again

The room was fairly clean, we found stains on the furniture and grime in the bathtub. We used the gym everyday which was nice but super small. Breakfast was okay. We had to pay for parking daily. The overnight staff weren’t helpful but the staff during the day were great! Loved the little kitchen and the room privacy! We seriously couldn’t hear our neighbors. The view of the bay was so great as well!

The room smelled as if an animal had been living inside of the room prior to.

The breakfast can use a lot of work. The eggs are terrible can’t tell if they were real tasted like powder eggs and not fresh. No potatoes like it showed at the counter. I went at 8am so I’m surprised they had none out already.
