Just a great location. Close to everything without being in the middle of S.F.

Clean room, staff was great, free breakfast on-site saved me some time and money. Location had me exploring south San Francisco a bit which has a less crowded vibe and its own little gems.

Easy access to check in and out.

Excellent customer service, great atmosphere and clean environment kept well with excellent room amenities. Room spacious, location is great and quiet. Breakfast excellent with clean dining area. We always stay on this location when we take our time off and relax. Parking is safe and easy access to SFO airport with shuttle available services.

Very clean, spacious room. Good selection of kitchen appliances and large fridge/freezer. Large smart TV. Nice view out of the window. The BART station was a short drive away - cheaper than parking in San Francisco. No toaster. The AC was extremely noisy so we turned it off at night, however the AC in the room above could be heard all night. The pool and hot tub had been out of order for several weeks ("awaiting replacement parts"). As it was the last two days of our vacation we wanted to chill by the pool but it was filthy and green.

OK Was only at this hotel for 2 nights, approx 36 hours. My wallet and full set of house keys were stolen from my locked hotel room, for info there was no safe in the room. We had 2 electronic access cards that with stayed with me throughout the stay. Fortunately I had moved all my payment cards to a card wallet that I kept with me, that's why I only discovered the theft a few days later, arranging my luggage to check out of the next place prior to a transatlatic flight home. As soon as I realised, I tracked my wallet via a blutooth Tile tracking card. The tracker moved showed our arrival at the hotel, moving to the hotel room and then shows nearby movements in the following days before ending up in the rear car park of the hotel. I have called the hotel, emailed them and their HQ (who were also going to contact the hotel). 2nd call was diverted to Central Reservations with full details taken and a case opened. I have repeatedly said that if hotel would simply download the tracker app, I would provide a code which would trigger an alarm when nearby in the rear car park. The keys theft was a major problem imagine flying transatlantci overnight and facing arriving home about 1AM Sunday morning with no keys. The hotel has shown zero interest, when they should have extracted the audit log form the access control system and found the thief. There was no housekeeping during our visit so very likely just one other entry to the room by the thief who very likely had access to the hotel's card security system. This all points to an 'inside job' all the more reason why the hotel should have fully investigated. Report was filed online with SSFC Police Dept.

The best part of our 2night stay was the bay view. The breakfast was okay. We were just expecting that there was a different set of breakfast since we stayed for 2 nights. A suggestion to include apples, oranges & strawberries in the buffet.

The room was beautiful but soap for body and hair was literally empty!! The towels was tiny. The check in staff at 4pm looked annoyed checking us in. Every time i went to the front which was twice, there was always a couple having issue with something holding up the line as there is only one staff to help in the front desk. During my stay hot tub and pool was not working so there was none of that.

Location was good, room size was great. I like that it was 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a kitchen. Breakfast was good Room was dirty. Stove microwave and oven needed cleaning. It looked like it didn’t get clean from previous guest. Restroom had black little fruit flies dead on the ceiling and a couple flying around. One of the bedrooms did not smell good. The pool and jacuzzi was out of service and I was not aware of that when booking nor did I get an email prior to checking in. The front desk clerk didn’t give us much info when checking in.

Bed was soooo comfortable! Get a bay view if possible. The public walking path was so nice to enjoy.

My bathroom had hair everywhere. Airport shuttle never showed. Do not recommend.

The room itself felt fairly new and comfortable, although the bathroom already looked a little worn. The kitchen was very well equipped and had everything we needed, which was very convenient. Breakfast was also tasty and had a good selection. As for the amenities, we used the grill area and really appreciated having that available. Unfortunately, the pool was closed during our stay, and we were not informed about this in advance. We booked and paid a little extra for a bay view room, but the bay was only barely visible from the very edge of the window, which was disappointing. It was also nice to have parking available. Overall, it is a good hotel with a good price-to-quality ratio. Despite a few issues, we had a comfortable stay and would consider staying here again.
