Convenient location

The hotel was very old and the rooms were dirty. Our shower was especially dirty, and there was hair from previous guests in it. The bathroom exhaust fan was also not working. Overall, the room did not feel properly cleaned or maintained.

Wr didn't want to drive around and find a restaurant for dinner so we ate at the hotel restaurant, WhiteCaps. Delicious and fantastic service. Topped it off with our cookie later that night!

Nice bar. Not a lot in the area.

I didn’t get to enjoy myself at the pool because there was a family of four kids that were in there for four hours.

The staff was super friendly, the rooms and property were very clean. Most importantly, the beds were very comfortable! 😃🎉

Nice property, parking expensive especially for overnight considering your gone all day and just park at night for 8 hours.

From the moment after check in and arrived in the room, there was a stank like sweat. As we proceeded to lift the mattresses like we do at EVERY hotel, we noticed a soda can right next the side of bed. The sheets looked like they had been slept in. The bench was a wreck and the bathroom had not even been wiped down. We notified the front desk and they sent someone up with a new key to a room on same floor, on the phone hey told us we would be moved to the 8th flr. Same with the next room. This one had all the cabinets open, weird, and again it looked a mess. The front desk person came up a a key to the 8th flr room and shared they were giving her a hard time downstairs to even switch us to the 8th flr. She also agreed both rooms were unacceptable. For this there have us breakfast vouchers. We left for the day the following morning and when we returned the room was not serviced. I called again, the desk said we only clean every other day. But before that I mentioned to her that they asked me at check in if I wanted the room serviced the next morning, during our stay and I emphatically yes! Nothing else was take care of. No fresh cookies this morning before check out.. NEVER staying here again.

I requested a room next to family and they were able to arrange this.

The location was absolutely beautiful, and that’s the only reason this review isn’t even more negative. Unfortunately, the hotel itself was a huge disappointment. The room was very old, not clean, and had a strong unpleasant smell as soon as we walked in. The photos on Expedia look nothing like the actual property. They create the impression of a modern, well-maintained hotel, but the reality is completely different. We booked based on the pictures and expected much better. The hotel seriously needs renovation and better housekeeping. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it unless the property is accurately represented online.
