Clean room

Quiet. Next to harbor. Clean. Friendly staff.

The app says that free parking and free breakfast and charge everything is very expensive, they don't clean the room and they don't put clean towels, I don't like this hotel, it's very expensive for what they offer.

Air conditioning was too bad the staff is super bad at the booking they said breakfast included but they charge us for breakfast and more over they took 150 from our deposit for no reason

Parking is $48/ night. They have reasonable rate and then surprise you with price gouging in there parking lot.

The rooms were okay. We booked two rooms. Our first room had dirty sheets, but they replaced them right away, and the second room had no lamp between the two beds, which we thought was odd. Overall, it was a decent stay.

Property was overall good but I was shocked by the $47 overnight parking rate which was not mentioned when I booked ! It was just around 40% of my room rate had I known this I wouldn’t have booked !!!!

From check in to check out, ll of it was perfect

The staff was excellent, my daughter developed a sore throat during the night and the front desk staff helped us choose a medication from the mini store they have .. n because we were there in the middle of the night they just charged it to our room instead of having me go get my wallet to make the purchase.

Would be nice to have a microwave. All other things are great. Thanks.

The hotel location is ideal to get on freeway but there is hardly anything to offer by Hotel itself - Interior is little outdated, Room checkin process is not the best, housekeeping was night mare. I had leaks in my washroom and asked for housekeeping, it was not resolved until next day.

The hotel and room was nice. Adding a microwave in the room would be a great convenience. Parking should be included.
