VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! TERRIBLE SHIFT SUPERVISOR, SANNI!!! I'VE BEEN A HILTON HONORS MEMBER FOR YEARS, AND THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST HILTON PROPERTY!!!

We spent a good time there

The bar had a sign that it closed at 11:00 but when we went at 10:15, they wouldn’t serve us, stating they were closing. Not ok at all.

It was a cute area very slow paced. We stayed in room 519 and all we heard the entire stay was the elevator we shared a wall with. Also roaches There isn’t much to do walking distance besides the water edge

Over all experience was amazing! Definitely booking here again!

Convient and located near airport and downtown, short distance. Easy check in process. That rooms aren’t cleaned everyday, but every other day as stated by front desk associate. Parking is way too expensive for one night.

Bayside view was lovely. Warm chocolate chip cookies on arrival. No microwave in room.

The room was very clean a spacious. The staff at the front desk was efficient. I was the sink was separate from the toilet so two people could use the area.

The property was beautiful and the room was clean and comfortable. My husband and I got the best night of sleep we’ve had in a while

Almost $50 per night for parking made it way less affordable. The room was OK.

The breakfast and breakfast staff were amazing! Just front desk staff unfortunately were a bit slow and nod as helpful, but overall everything was great thanks.

This was a beautiful hotel with a beautiful view , very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Love the indoor pool as well. I would definitely recommend.

The front desk was very friendly and helpful our room was large and cozy. Clean and quiet.
