Front desk was not very cooperative, attitude problem and never felt welcoming … asked them few questions and didn’t get right answers … breakfast was kind of ok .. crowded …

On a Monday they did not put out the second waffle press and made the line bigger and more disruptive on the guest. The day before it was out. I asked if they could put out the second press and said no because of staff shortage, also my room fridge did not work and had to wait the next day for another room, the phone in the room was replaced because I could call once and not hear anything after.. I went to the front desk about 5 times to get room service

Please get better breakfast selection when it comes with fresh produce

Amazing stay

Not entirely clean. Sticky kitchen floor and items from previous guest were still at room upon check in. Also hotel charged $20 parking fee after check out. Front desk did not state parking fee charge would be implemented upon checking in.

I really like the customer service at the property lots to do and it’s very clean. Rooms are very spacious as well.

My stay here was amazing! The staff is very nice and the room was very spacious and comfortable. I will be back to stay.

Very quiet

Check-in was at 3 PM. I showed up at 4:30. It still wasn’t ready. Told me to come back in an hour so basically check-in was at 6 PM and they didn’t even give us the correct room I paid for.

Nice place. All good. Nothing bad to highlight as such.

Nothing there was as expected. Everything needs to be improved.

One complaint I had about this place is the housekeepers. I had left an item in the room after I checked out & had called them to check for me if they found a bag with my things in it because it was very important gift for my mother, plus cute little items I got there in SF but they had called me back and said the housekeeper didn’t find anything. That is a lie because I checked everywhere in my luggage and car and we found nothing. The only place I remembered seeing my bag was in the hotel room. So for a fact I know they were stolen. So, if anyone decides to stay here, make sure to look for all your important items before you leave the hotel.

I was ask to use my personal credit card to pay for parking. It suppose to be refunded but what if my credit card doesn’t have enough credit? Everything suppose to be covered by the credit card on file through Engine (booking agency).
