Homewood Suites by Hilton San Francisco Airport North

Stay at the hotel with absolutely great the staff was great. The breakfast was great. I recommend this hotel for your next day and San Francisco.

By all standards this is not a Hilton hotel. It looks more like typical Extended Stay America motel. Amenities? Pool is closed from the inside of the building. In order to get there you have to ask frontdeskman and he will route you thru the parking lot and will open the small service door behind the bushes. Morning breakfast was ok. Nothing special. As I said the variety of stuff was minimal (one plate of fruits, a couple of donuts, cutlets, fried eggs). TV in a room. It seems like only 4 local channels was working. All other had status: no information. Oh yes, and then toilet bowl in my room didnt work. At all. No water inside. I tried to open or close the valve on the wall - no effect. So this night we had to use bucket to flush the stuff. I notified the front desk twice: in the evening and in the morning (before leaving the room). And since my kid was already slipping we didnt ask for another room. And one more thing. It looks like walls there was very thin. I heard all my neighbors.

The hotel and staff itself was nice but when it came to the rooms, it seemed as if they did not bother to clean thoroughly. The pullout couch had no sheets nor pillows, meanwhile the main bedroom had trash hiding behind and under the bed and had previous guests leftover trash and boxes left in the room drawers.

The king suite was very spacious and the breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of options. The hotel was also very close to the airport and downtown SF. The couch bed was not that comfortable neither were the pillows for all of the beds.

the bed was really comfortable. the bathroom was nice with a door to the toilet and shower closing off the sink for more room. the staff were all very friendly! the fitness center was 24/7 with an elliptical and treadmill and peloton. the free weights were good but they are missing a 15lb dumbbell. the laundry was $3.50 per load but it did come in handy. it’s a very safe area to walk around the lake in the early am. this is my second time staying here and will be back next year. breakfast was basic-i only took the fresh fruit option.
