Staff were absolutely wonderful and very friendly. I definitely felt the southern hospitality. The rooms were wonderful. The beds were very comfy. The breakfast was nice, but they ran out of food at times. Overall, I had a nice stay at the hotel while visiting family.

We have stayed at many Home2 Suites and have enjoyed them all until this stay in Southhaven. At check-in, the front desk person was very helpful. We had a problem with our initial room - door was very difficult to open and close and lock had loose screws. We were given another room with another very sticky door. We stayed in this room since the lock was good. Seems all the rooms had the same door issue. Our room could've been cleaner; floors seemed sticky. Hand soap was in the shower, no conditioner and no shower gel. Breakfast started at 7am since it was the weekend but some of the food wasn't out until 7:15. Morning front desk person was not very friendly. I asked her a couple of questions and I received brusque one word answers. Area where this hotel is located is very busy. Lots of restaurants but also lots of traffic and traffic lights were not timed properly. Also, the area had an abundance of 4-way stop signs at big, busy intersections! Very dangerous. I would not stay here again.

Room was very clean, but toilet seat broken n the Phone in the room didn't work. But the breakfast was great.

It was close to my work place and the facility was quiet, clean and had a great variety of hot breakfast.

Hi, I booked this room through Expedia and paid $221 directly at the hotel. When I arrived, I was given a room with no bathroom door. This was not disclosed when I booked, and it significantly affects the privacy and functionality of the room.

Disappointing

The breakfast was more than expected and great. The location was perfect, central to all our activities, close to food choices and a shopping mall, right next door to Walmart. At check-in I paid more than my quoted rate AND a $50 PER ROOM deposit that I had not been informed of at booking. So my $174 booking quote came out to $250 per room.

Its was a nice breakfast My air barely was working in my room and the door to the rest was very hard to open and close

Don’t overcharge guest. Repair the hotels
