The room had a several roaches and the beds were super hard. I guess you get what you pay for, but the bugs are gross! The shower also sucked, couldn’t get it to work properly.

There were no other options or I would have left immediately. Filthy room and the smell was awful. Really uncomfortable stay. Never again!

I will choose this hotel because the staff are great! The wife that manages the hotel has been very nice tor every time I have booked and has been very friendly plus helpful. She's absolutely amazing and I highly recommend this hotel on the prices. Better deals here then any other hotel in the Southern Pines/ Aberdeen area by far. It may has its flaws when it comes to some cleaniness but you can see it's potential because of how the manager wants to improve things.

Only gripe would be that people stand outside their rooms and smoke in hallways. Maybe make a mandatory smoking area bc not pleasant if u have a smoker standing in outdoor hallway next to your room.

We had cockroaches the shower was not at all powerful dribbled needed some work

They required a $50 deposit.They said it was going to be refunded. the process my $50 deposit and kept it!

Our room’s ac apparently did not work. It was so hot in the room. It never even got cool in there. Very out dated throughout the property. The pool had bugs and trash floating around in it. And that was the main reason we went was for me to get a little pool time after I had experienced a huge family tragedy (a family member’s suicide)and needed a little rest and relaxation to get my mind off of things. At check in, the lady rudely told me to wait while I stood there for closest to 10 minutes while she counted money in her drawer and went about her daily tasks and then checked me in at her convenience. Property is located near things such as shopping and restaurants. The room we had was located poolside so that was nice. Would not recommend.
