I know that Econo Lodge has a poor reputation overall, but I was impressed with the cleanliness and condition of this hotel. The beds were clean and comfortable, bathroom was clean, shower had good pressure and plenty of hot water. Breakfast was “ok”, I wasn’t expecting much for the price paid, so it served my purpose. I would absolutely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. We slept so good and didn’t want to get up this morning.

My husband and I stayed two nights during the races. The rooms were very clean. Our jetted tub was clean and I did not mind using it after a day of sitting in the sun. We did not eat the free breakfast because we had to get on the road. Staff was pleasant.

I typically stay here a couple of times each year because my family lives in Moore county. I always enjoy seeing the Patels and they make me feel so welcome. The property is clean, safe, affordable and they provide a nice breakfast. I would absolutely stay here again.

Conveniently located in Southern Pines, this accommodation, while being somewhat spartan and a little time-weathered, was very clean, quiet and reasonably priced. The owner-couple were both very friendly. And the breakfast was more varied than one would expect at this price point. Would return.
