The friendly staff. Wish there was more breakfast options

We had a really nice stay at this hotel. Everything was nice, and we especially enjoyed spending time at the swimming pool. The AC in our room worked perfectly, so we stayed very comfortable. While all of the staff members we encountered were helpful, Julie Brie was absolutely awesome! She was incredibly nice and worked tirelessly. We saw her constantly working hard to ensure the breakfast pallets were completely full while also cleaning tables to keep everything spotless. Her outstanding dedication made a huge difference in our stay. The only downside was that the air conditioning was not working in the lobby and hallways.

Staff Keys kept deactivating, hot tub never works. Never clean. Just horrible. Gave us the size room. Proceeded to tell me we were paying the same price but i wasnt. Just bullshit. 20 years ive stayed here and its continued to go into the trash

It is a great place Everything

I liked the pool was open late. A few of the staff was helpful and nice. I didn't like how my card would not work in the pool door slot and the worker had to come over every time. She said it always glitches out after a certain hour. I said they should fix that for you. She said I wish. It's not that clean in the hotel. There's no garbage can in the bathroom or the sink area, which I thought was weird. There's only one garbage can and it's small in the whole room. We had a rollaway bed that we requested and the worker had us come and get it because he was on crutches but I didn't understand because he had other workers there that could have taken it up. So I thought that was odd too. And I wanted to use the hot tub but it was under construction so that sucked also.

The lock on the door was busted off and the hotel looked dated the hallways smelled

Nice clean place to stay

Ok place to stay, reasonable price and property needs TLC but OK for a night stay.

staff was friendly. hotel was a bit run down but functional. didnt have the strength to open a stairwell door ut we could avoid using it to get around.

The rest of the hotel staff were absolutely miserable and un-helpful. The first room we were given reeked of wet dog and smoke and had no hot water or wifi. The night agent said there was nothing he could do about any of it. In the morning Geri gave us the option to cancel the remaining reservation or she would us into another room that afternoon. We selected to change rooms to avoid the hassle of looking for other accommodation. The second was a bit better as it had some hot water and no smell. If you think this comes with breakfast, please don’t be fooled. Apparently it’s only on weekends. The lady working there was very loud to tell us she hates working during the week, because management does not order food during the week and she hates being yelled at by guest. I’m guessing this was not just a one off during our stay. We left with a yogurt and an apple, because they were out of EVERYTHING else. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone. If management reads this - please give Geri a raise - she is the only good thing about your hotel

place is currently under construction for upgrades so hot tub unfortunately isn't available. But other than that, it was a great stay

The rooms were large. Beds and pillows comfortable. Main carpet needs to be replaced. Rooms need a deep cleaning such as lamps and light switches and windows

This is a great stay!

Staff (Chelsea) was so accommodating, breakfast is great, hotel was like 10 mins away from the places to go.
