Ramada by Wyndham Downtown Spokane

The woman who worked in the breakfast was the ONLY thing I liked about the hotel. The carpets were absolutely disgusting and stained. I needed an extra blanket, and the guy at the front desk gave my curtains… and explained he couldn’t give me a new blanket until the next morning. The whole building is run down, inside and outside. Very disappointed in my stay.

Nothing it was located in a bad area of town. Felt unsafe. We choose here because of the company name normally has great standards however this time we were significantly let down. Not to mention given two towels for four paying people.

The room was clean, at least. It’s good they replaced the carpet with laminate flooring because otherwise it would likely be disgusting carpet. This place is rundown. The room was okay, but outdated, but the hallway and lobby were dank, dark, and dirty. Scary even. The location is a bit meth-y and the parking lot is usually full of questionable characters. We couldn’t wait to get out of here!

The hallway air was a little stale but my main complaint is the hotel’s name. It is not located downtown. It’s a short drive and maybe a ten or fifteen minute walk through a slightly sketchy neighborhood but if you’ve got a car or don’t mind paying a bit for an Uber, it’s a good budget choice.

I will say that the bed was very comfortable. And whatever happened to DO NOT DISTURB signs? And why the closing of the parking gates. I was going to go out to meet with friends and the gate appeared closed. Sad...

Clean room . No hot tub

It’s okay for what it is but I wouldn’t stay more than 1 night. It’s very dated and not in the best area. There’s a gate at the main entrance that states that it closes at night, that in itself isn’t the best introduction. Inside hallways are dark and rooms are very badly lit. Room cleanliness left much to be desired, there was hair and stains on the sheets, a bug on the window that I had to kill, and extremely dusty curtains. I just wouldn’t stay here again. It was affordable but that’s all it has going for it.

Staff was very helpful in getting us settled in our stay.

The property is a little bit dated but clean and bed was comfortable and some little things add up to compensate the fact off being a little bit outdated The location seems a little bit shady but nothing happened to our car,so that’s a plus

The area did not feel safe with the abundance of homelessness and addicts hanging around the hotel. The room was unacceptable as there was deterioration, stains, and mold in the room. Was not a safe hotel to stay with my children.

Just dont...the rooms were old, staff was not overly helpful, breakfast was the bare minimum and gone within minutes of starting, our room was missing lightbulbs, cords for the TV, and we had hair inside the beds.
