room quit and clean TV small and no cable channel to watch

The hotel was clean and the room was comfortable The area was very sketchy and when we checked in they said they weren’t going to lock the gate that night because they were expecting a lot of guests. We did not feel safe leaving our belongings in the parking lot overnight. Also, the pool was closed all night despite us being told they were just cleaning and it would be open in 20min. Our nephew was very disappointed

The staff were phenomenal. Every interaction was an absolute pleasure and everyone was so helpful. The night auditor when we arrived on Friday night was fantastic and made checking in at midnight as smooth and easy as possible. The breakfast bar was a nice convenience despite the limited options. It's not going to win any awards, but for something quick and convenient before exploring the city it's a welcome option. If you want something fresh definitely check out some of the local options, but if waffles and sausage are your thing then it'll do. Parking was free and in ample supply. The lot isn't secured but seemed safe enough. The biggest downer was the hot tub - it was closed during our entire stay and would have been fantastic after a long day of exploring. The pool area did seem clean and well maintained though. Overall the building and grounds definitely show their age, but maybe that's part of the charm. Despite the wear and tear the facilities are clean and well kept, and the location is perfect for exploring the area with easy access to freeways and local attractions.

Overall, the hotel is in a shady part of town. They have a gated parking lot but it never has the gates closed, the property overall is old and run down. The room i was in, and the lobby were clean, but the carpet in the halls was pretty beat, and the rest of it could definitely do with a remodel. I will say the staff was absolutely fantastic and did not hesitate to rectify any situation they could! The sheets and room were perfectly clean and although in a bit of a rough area of town, i never felt unsafe.

Our room was quiet and clean. There was plenty of free parking and the breakfast was nice too. It advertises it as being downtown Spokane - which it is, but it's not in a very nice area. There was nothing walkable around it so to get to the nice area of down town we had to pay about $20 Canadian for parking elsewhere. I should have investigated it a little more before booking so really the location issue was my own fault. On the bright side, it was really easy to get to off the main highway. The front staff and people running the breakfast were very nice.

There were no grab bars in the tub shower combination. When I stepped in the tub, I slipped and was holding onto a towel rack above my head, and I dislocated my shoulder. The tub was so slick there was no catching my fall. I am not handicapped and should not have to get a handicap room to prevent such an accident. It took me over 30 minutes to finally get myself out of the tub and call for an ambulance. I think it would be a good idea to put grab bars and nonskid surfaces to the tubs. You don’t want an accident like this to happen again I am 75 years old and I was alone and it was very scary and could have been much more tragic. Have I not been able to get out of the tub or had hit my head. Please do not take this slightly. I think it is very important that something is done immediately as to avoid this happening again. Thank you for your attention in this matter.

Nothing Underware in my room along with pubic hair and white specimen all over the bed

Bad

Nothing We couldn’t use our AC because the outlet and the ac adapter were both burned. They obviously didn’t sweep the room because there was pepperoni and cherry seeds by the trash can and there was no screen on the window for which my husband and I had to leave it open for air even though it was smoky and there was a hole in the ceiling panel. Not great at all didn’t sleep under the covers because 1 it was hot and 2 didn’t trust that the blankets were even clean. When we tried to get relocated to a different room we were told they were booked and the couldn’t relocate us to a different hotel either. Disgusting place won’t stay there again.
