Perfect for the night !

the room was clean and the bed was comfortable the look of the hotel is grey and brown kinda of grim and depressing. the pillows were small, there were no top sheets on the bed, no extra blankets, the breakfast was all carbs, coffee in styrofoam non recycleable cups, only cream was coffee mate not cream or milk so we didn't have breakfast

Was here for a wedding, the bathroom was not very clean. The towels are small, thin and old. The bed was lumpy and soft with stains in the bed sheets.

This hotel is very close to St John’s Hospital in Springfield Il. They recently installed new carpeting and have painted so the rooms are nice. There is a refrigerator and microwave in each room. Parking is close and easily accessible. Staff members are helpful. The free breakfast is adequate but not as generous as other hotels I have visited. They have hard boiled eggs but no hot egg dishes. Because it is close to the hospital, you get noise from helicopters and and ambulances but ambulances turn off their siren in town.

Check in was friendly and room was ready sooner then we anticipated. The carpeting was freshly installed, so the hotel was very clean and pleasant. Parking was ample and easy. Very walkable location to all the buildings and sights of the city. The hot breakfast of biscuits and gravy for 2 days in a row was disappointing. Would have liked a change the next morning.

cheap, clean breakfast was lacking in anything resembling vegetarian or vegan options, and the coffee was terrible and served in a styrofoam cup. the color temperature of the lights in the room were mixed and far too cool. Anything other than 2700k or less is unacceptable except in the bathroom.

Breakfast was great make your own waffles or ready made French toasts sticks. Juices or milk or flavored water great! The staff was very friendly and helpful. They even had extra staff stationed around where they were preparing to lay new carpet. To help guests manage through the renovations. Awesome!!!

Close to my appointment. Close parking. Super friendly helpful staff. Clean everywhere. Was given room with kitchenette, THANK YOU for that surprise. Very nice breakfast which provided essentials and even a couple hot items. Hope they are always available when we need to stay in Springfield again. --

We didn’t get checked in until almost midnight. Night clerk was friendly and very helpful. Awesome!

The hotel was very conveniently located near the Lincoln Memorial museum and library which was our main purpose for the trip so the location was the best part. They are renovating and putting in new carpet so when that's done the rooms will be better, the TV didn't really get many stations and the bed felt a bit worn but it was clean and comfortable. The staff was great and friendly.
