Cleanliness of carpet needs improvement. There was a musty smell in the room on entering. This should be addressed.

The room had a decent view of one hospital. Bed was comfortable. I came for surgery. So I had to check out early. I know next time to go through hotel because I could have saved $30 That booking.com offered the discounted rates for hospital stays. Other than that I liked my stay

The front desk operator was helpful, and because we had to leave very early before breakfast was served, he sent muffins and coffee along with us. I wish I had know beforehand that I could have gotten a discount if I'd purchased through thru the hotel.

We did not eat at the hotel. Good location for our purpose and parking was fine. Staff were all friendly.

The staff was great, and the environment was calm and nice.

Facilities were pretty decent for the price. Modern technology with phone charger lamps, seemingly renovated bathrooms. The room smelled as if a dog lived there for the last decade. The smell didn't go away even after asking the staff for air freshener. Carpets definitely need replaced.
