1. The stagnant water in the shower soap dish holders. 2. No refrigerator in the room. 3. No microwave in the room.

the breakfast needs improvement running out of food by the time we got down to eat. We were there on a very busy weekend, so we forgave them, over all we enjoyed our stay. Would return again. breakfast

1. Double rather than queen beds. 2. Did not refill food items that ran out 30 minutes before end of breakfast service.

I wish they had queen beds. In the double rooms. The beds aren't very comfortable.

From booking this hotel and showing up for check in and overnight stay was a 5 Star rating. Very peaceful room and very quiet. Elevator was very quick since we were on 7th floor. Breakfast was a bonus. I would definitely stay there again. Stall very friendly

Parking is easy and plentiful. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, shower hot and strong.... The ONLY 'down' is that the whole hotel seems.... tired. Like it's overdue some maintenance. Chipped tiles, worn shower wall, the gym floor was uneven and the ceiling damaged as it water damaged.... So I only have 4 stars. Would I stay again? Yes. Staff were great, clean, comfortable... just needs some work here and there.

Felt like I was coming home. Very comfortable bed. Clean bathroom. Easy parking. Good location.

I had a clean safe room a place to eat breakfast and room was fine parking good .

Location Filthy shower and the lack of interest in giving quality service.

The best breakfast so far in USA (three weeks in, LA to Chicago) fresh fruit fresh scrambled egg, sausage Bacon, yogurt, bagels, cereal, everything really. So helpful at the desk, we got a puncture and they let us use their phone to arrange a replacement car. Bed super comfortable. Bathroom nice with shower gel. Walkable to all the Springfield attractions. Highly recommend, couldn’t fault it.

Bed was soft…had stained bedding though. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pictures lie! Not like photos at all.Mold on hallway walls were vending was once kept. AC in suite bedroom did not fully work. Kept breaking down. Ice cold in living area and Luke warm in bedroom. Burn holes in carpet. Broken fridge Plastic fridge door. Broken wooden frame around mini fridge. Stand couches/chairs. Dusty. If I wouldn’t of been beyond tired I would of left and found another place to stay. Not worth the price at all.

When the elevator opened up at the second floor, we could see black marks all up and down the side of the wall walls. As well as it did not feel like the AC was working in the hallway. We opened up our room door and found holes in the wall. A/C rattled loudly. Mold in a couple places on the ceiling. The Thermostat was glued to the wall. Tiles in the bathroom were superglued back to the wall and still falling off. After this we left. Took plenty of photos and the travel insurance reimbursed us for our stay.

Von außen sieht das Hotel nicht so toll aus aber die Zimmer sind sehr schön und neu. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind alle zu Fuß erreichbar.

It is an older Hotel needing updates throughout although well maintained and it was convenient to walk from to the State Capitol as well as within walking distance of a Jamaican restaurant that has some nice food.

Literally nothing Everything, ungodly dirty, bugs and stains on the sheets… just awful

This was a comfortable stay. The parking was easy. The room was nice. The bathroom sink leaked, and one of the outlets in the room did not work.
