Check-in was quick and efficient, and overall we had a great stay. The rooms felt a little dated, and the pool area could benefit from an update or a more thorough clean. Despite this, we really enjoyed our time here.

Gwin was terrific with her follow-up on our needs. So pleased because we felt so welcomed by her.

The hotel is very close to all the historical sites in Springfield. The room was small and needed updating, but the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were very helpful in making dining recommendations. The parking garage had very low ceilings, so it was a bit concerning if our car luggage top would hit the ceiling. We stayed for one night, so it was very manageable. Hopefully, they will consider remodeling because it is a great location.

It was a nice play to stay but….the parking was not good and there was no breakfast included.

There’s no free parking but it’s only $7 in the garage for overnight guests. The toilet is very low to the ground and no microwave which these days is odd. It’s a great location. We walked to all the Lincoln sights and the Lincoln Museum.

Walking distance to everything Abe! Library, museum, and his house. Perfect location

The location of the hotel is good for visiting the Lincoln exhibits. The room was clean and the hot buffet breakfast in the hotel was excellent.

Slightly aged property but everything was clean, orderly, and very well kept. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Great amenities on site - including 24/7 kiosk with alcohol available. Parking situation was different but easy and cheap. Would certainly stay there again.

The bathroom fixtures are VERY dated. The main room was beautiful! The TV's were new, the USB ports were new (with USB C, very rare!) The parking situation is horrible as there is NO PARKING CONNECTED TO THE BUILDING! You have to walk all the way around the building to load your car - there is no Valet, No Valet parking. As an old person THIS is absolutely ridiculous.

Solid choice for business or visit to downtown Springfield. Great location, comfortable rooms, good gym, and good in-house bar and restaurant and easily walkable to other good places. Staff is very friendly and helpful throughout.

The property was clean and well maintained. What I did not like was the maid staf came to room between 8:30-9:30 am to clean before we were even out of room. Made us uncomfortable about staying in room

The room was not the biggest but definitely big enough for 2 people with a king bed and chair/ottoman/desk. It was very clean and the staff was exceptionally nice from front desk, to housekeeping, to restaurant/bar staff. It was in a great location for walking to many Lincoln sites. We felt safe in the area. I'd go there again.
