Looking for a romantic dinner for our anniversary. Stay anywhere else

The room was not the biggest but definitely big enough for 2 people with a king bed and chair/ottoman/desk. It was very clean and the staff was exceptionally nice from front desk, to housekeeping, to restaurant/bar staff. It was in a great location for walking to many Lincoln sites. We felt safe in the area. I'd go there again.

I breakfasted each morning of the three-day visit, and the dining room staff went out of their way to be helpful every time---wonderful attitudes and gracious manners. The breakfast buffet was delicious Shawn was welcoming every morning. His warmth is a real asset to the hotel. Sherry went out of her way every day to ensure I had a good breakfast, going the extra mile, and Heather who I met just once was excellent, too. Perhaps the hotel could use an update, however, I've stayed at more up-to-date hotels, and it is always the staff for me, that is the most important element. The helpful staff at the lobby, was appreciated, and the free shuttle to the Amtrak was a real plus. But, for me the real benefit for staying here, was the breakfast staff, who started out my day with warmth and kindness, and I'll always rememebr this.

Not much. The room was sort of clean. But the little coffee creamers were old and curdled in the coffee. After the first night the staff made the bed and cleaned the bathroom, but left the old paper coffee cups on the desk. Downtown Springfield, where the hotel is located, is terrible. Mostly shutdown empty store fronts and homeless people. No place close to the hotel was open for food. The food from the hotel restaurant was pretty bad.

Location and staff were VERY accommodating The need to park in a ramp that charges a fee. In addition the elevator in the ramp did not work

Great breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. They came right up to fix a problem with our TV and the issue was very quickly resolved. Beds were comfortable. I liked being able to pick out our room number in advance when we did early check in through the app. Room was a little on the small side, but didn't cause any issues. Parking garage fee and in/out policy was confusing, although street parking was free on the weekend while we were there so we just opted out.

Very nice and pleasant

The staff were helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast was amazing, and there were lots of choices. I liked the Crabtree & Evelyn bath products. The bedding, bath, and room were very clean.

Room was spotless. It was clean inside and out. Beds were made up. I was very pleased.

Fantastic location to see everything and to eat. Nice spacious clean room. Very quiet. Was a lovely stay.

Breakfast was fantastic! Great assortment of very fresh healthy foods, as well as treats.

The location was great and the hotel was spacious. The lemon water and oatmeal cookies are a nice touch! Nothing I can think of.
