Clean, convenient, close to many business and tourist attractions. It was nice and quiet in the room but there was enough activity in the lobby, etc. to feel lively. Parking garage was slightly confusing at first and not run by the hotel. Price seemed a little high but not outrageous.

We spent four nights at the Abraham Lincoln Hotel and completely enjoyed our time there. Our hotel room was spacious with big windows. The room was lovely and appointed in a way that honored the life of the great man it was named for. The staff was accommodating—helpful and friendly. Parking is a dream in downtown Springfield. Everything is walkable, but I was with my 88 year old mother, so I did a lot of short trips around town. I appreciated the breakfast, but it could have been better given the cost. A option of plain yogurt would have been nice for a start. Expand on wholesome options and brew a nice pot of coffee. Two mornings the coffee was rich and flavorful, make it consistently so!

Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Parking was easy right next to hotel. Very close to Abraham Lincoln Presidential Museum and other attractions.

Great location near all the Lincoln sites. Excellent breakfast. Those warm Doubletree cookies!

Nice place to stay!

I want aware there were any amenities. Room was very small. Carpets seemed dirty. Room did not have any odors though. Very cramped for the price and then having to pay for parking and no continental breakfast was a bummer. I prefer staying at the home 2 suites for similar prices, more space, breakfast, and complimentary parking. I want aware of any amenities like a gym or pool. Im sure this is the nicest hotel in the area. The city was dead with many vacant buildings. Presidential Library was good. Worth the stay for convenience I guess.

Clean and easy to get around. Parking right next door. Also fresh baked cookies every day!

The staff was friendly and check in was easy. It was a nice stop over on our way home and close to the Lincoln home National park.

People riding e bike in lobby smelling like weed, parking in garage was terrible, staff seemed irritated they had to check in.
