Nothing The room was ran down, old scratched up furniture, smoke alarms hanging out of the wall, couch had miss cushions that did not go to it and did not fit properly, mirrors were so smudged could barely see thru the film on them, hot tub and big section of tile missing g with only on light in ceiling above it working and it was hanging out of socket area. Carpet looks to be newer shower was cut and raveling instead of being tucked into or under baseboards or runner. Most of the plugs did not work to charge phones, etc. Just horrible, this list is longer but I think you get the idea.

Located in a bad area. Tv remote was filthy. Lights didn’t work at bed side. Remote didn’t work. Towel bar was falling off the wall. Had troubles getting toilet to flush.

Parking is a nightmare

We arrived and noticed cracks in the walkway, foundation, and room. The tv barely worked, the room smelled disgusting, and there was some kind of stain on the bed spread. The property was very sketchy and it looked like it hadn’t been maintained in years. Definitely don’t stay there.

It's was kinda pricey for one night, but overall it was ok

I would not allow my worst enemy stay at that place
-
When I walked by the room that looked like the police had broken down the door...I started to worry. My room looked like a place you'd go to have a drug overdose.
-
The air conditioning stopped working. Staff was notified and moved me to another room.

Literally the most disgusting place I have ever stayed. The kind of gross that makes you feel dirtier and dirtier with every second you spend in the room. Truly nightmarish levels of filth and grime. The staff was friendly, but no amount of friendliness can make up for how unbelievably awful the rooms are.

Location was great An older building which needed upkeep.

Because it was during the State Fair, the rooms were nearly $250.00 for one night. One night of hell. Because of the State Fair the whole town was sold out so there were no other options. Told the manager as we’re checking out because they can’t not know of this issue. The response “not everyone complains”. Seriously? The manager literally just stared at me until I said “how are you going to make this right, or at least better?” Only then did he offer a 20% discount, meaning we only paid $200.00 for the privilege of being woken four times while trying to sleep in the dirtiest hotel room I’ve ever seen. I spoke with a few locals who said everyone in town is aware there has been a routing change to the trains and nearly ALL of the trains are using that track. Bare minimum, let people know what they’re in for so it is their decision. The locals also knowingly laughed that was where we were staying. Seriously m, sleep in your car, you’re better off. Can’t rate this place low enough.

Bed was comfortable, quiet except for an occasional train going by, good location downtown near State Capitol and Governors Mansion. Tired old hotel owners trying his best to renovate.

This property is unsafe and not clean at all
-
Horrible Never again xxx
-
Great service and well-run. Some in-room coffee would be nice.

This was a nice hotel with a big room. A little noisy with a train but our stay was great.
-
Lobby was very clean, owner was incredibly kind. Rooms have fridge and microwave, plenty of space. It was a great choice for our stay Lighting was a bit low but only because a light bulb was out in our room. I did not request a new one so that is partially my fault :)

The hot water faucet in the shower did not work. They would been glad to move me to another room, but I was only staying for two nights.
-
Good budget option. Room was clean, but dated.
