The room was very clean, as was the breakfast area. I was surprised by how often we were asked if we needed anything.

Room was clean and changed linens each day...plus because some don't. Breakfast was very good. Lady in charge was helpful to everyone eating....very nice. My only complaint and probably not a lot you can do, but it would be helpful to older people to have toilets that are a bit taller. We are in late 70s and early 80s and those short toilets are hard to get up and down... LOL (And yours is not the only hotel that has lower toilets) Thank you

The room is dated. The TV is very small. So much chlorine it discolored swimsuit. The paint is almost gone from hot tub. Breakfast was ok. Never a bacon option.

The beds were comfortable. The pool and hot tub was gross.

This facility needs to be upgraded and the rooms are too expensive—they provide only the bare minimum of what is expected for a $170 per night room.

Nice place to stay on our way to RMNP. The breakfast offerings were great. Clean rooms and property.

No coffee maker in room, only had coffee when the breakfast was open. Cup size was about 4oz signs said no breakfast items were to be take to your room….

TV could not be figured out.....couldn't watch anything.

Place was an amazing respite after a long day on the motorcycle!

The guy at the front desk was nice and allowed us to check in early with no issues Breakfast was terrible! The gravy taste like straight flour. The cranberry juice was just syrup. The eggs were watery. The room stunk like mildew and throw up and the AC didnt work. The other room the fridge leaked all over everything and ruined the food we had in it. The pool didnt work you couldn't even see the bottom. The hot tub had dead flies all in it.

It was close to the highway exit. Bed sheets were cleaned. The TVs have a small screen. The room smelled musty like carpets were just washed. The refrigerator kept making a weird noise there was shampoo, but no conditioner options in the shower. The pillows and bed could use an update. Felt springs in the mattress. And the breakfast was alright. Beats a motel 6. I got the deal on Trivago for the pool and spa. Spa was working but not hot. Just warm. No coffee pot in the room and there was signs saying not food could leave the breakfast room. My daughter was asking for a yogurt and a banana which at most hotels would have been Okay to bring up.
