Baymont by Wyndham Springfield South Hwy 65

Facility is average or above average in condition, just slightly older. Issue I had this stay was fire alarm went off at 5:36am which woke up entire property…and unfortunately could not get back to sleep so my work day was very rough as result.

We had gotten off a long drive we were able to get a rare early check-in. Staff were very nice, room was well maintained. Breakfast was really good! Pool and Hot tub great temps. My kids loved it. All I can say the bottom of the pool and hot tub needed a new paint job but that’s just cosmetics. They both were clean and worked wonderfully. Thanks agian!!!

We have used this hotel multiple times. It is convenient and clean. We come to town to visit family and enjoy the pool. It is always clean and quiet.

Great service from the staff! Made sure we had everything we needed. Room was comfortable.

The employees were kind and extremely helpful. We had a few minor issues with key cards etc that were addressed promptly

The bed was very comfortable, but the hotel is in need of some updates. Everything felt dated, and the carpet in our room had a section missing. The walls were thin and we could hear people running down the hallways throughout the night, making it difficult to get a restful night’s sleep.

Hot tub was hot! That’s good. Things seemed clean but run down. Breakfast was not that good.

No light at the door. Bathroom has no exhaust. Overpriced. Breakfast was just okay. No water.

The breakfast was gross and not a lot of options. The lady in the breakfast area was not friendly at all. I was expecting this place to be clean and it just didn’t meet my expectations. Room was fine.

Rooms were very clean and rooms were cool with the heat ,service desk was very friendly loved that we were not far from our activities and the best Mexican food right across from hotel we will be back !!!

There's a pool & hot tub. There were no towels down there & no one was at the desk when I went to ask, so we used towels from our room & then took them back to our room so they wouldn't be considered missing. There are restaurants close by. Breakfast was good with a combination of hot & cold items.

Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT STAY here. I checked in, set my bags down (thankfully not on the bed) and went to the pool. The pool and hot tub were clean but missing paint on the floors and walls of both the pool and hot tub. When I returned about 90 minutes later to the room I noticed what appeared to be small bits of debris on the bed. I swiped them away thinking maybe they had come off the bottom of my bag, but then looked closer and they were crawling. I immediately gathered my things and went to the front desk to say I was leaving because I suspected bedbugs and would like a refund. The desk attendant gave me the managers card. I emailed her while in the parking lot and included the video. Several days later after emailing again and getting Expedia involved I received notice that they can a professional in to inspect the room and no evidence of bedbugs was found and they would not issue any refund. Please note the when I first arrived to the room I pulled the sheet and mattress cover back to inspect the mattress and I also did not see evidence of bedbugs but these were on top of the sheets and duvet.

I was denied my room without a $250 deposit. I didn't have that so they refused my room and wouldn't give me my money back.
