Friendliness, cleanliness Parking felt cramped, larger commercial trucks taking up half a dozen spaces. Outside light for property shined right in window all night.

Our room was clean the staff were nice. Bed was comfortable, but pillows were a bit lumpy, they could use an upgrade. Breakfast was standard stuff. Overall, I would stay there again.

The staff was great. Everyone was friendly and quick to take care of the 2 issues we had during our stay. Nothing to "dislike" but could add is actual hand soap for bathroom and a Plunger Better lice buckets, another ice machine.

Although kept clean, the building is worn. It definitely needs an upgrade.

I love how close we were to every thing in Springfield. The rooms were nice the pool & hot tub were great. I will definitely come back for another stay Someone took the adjustable dumbell handles

Great location right off 65. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Easy access to room and ample parking. Gotta have Jimmy Egg next door! The only issue was the air conditioner made a weird noise, sounded like someone rubbing their feet on the bed. But otherwise was great!

Room was humid (felt hot and sticky but was cold at the same time). Not good for sleeping. When arrived they were about to cancel my reservation because they tried to charge my card prior to arriving (mind you we got there at 7:30pm) and it was not the card I was using to pay for the room. Breakfast ends way too soon and not able to use the pool or hot tub past 10pm (even on the weekend).
