The Breakfast is perfect also those ladies doing everything to have more comfort and great service I love it.

To top it off the staff was likely the nicest as well. From front desk, to maintenance and breakfast staff. Kudos to you all! Keep it up!

The location was perfect. The hotel was very clean. Everything worked as it should. The beds were comfortable. It was perfect for our dog. There was a nice grassy area in the back with complementary poop bags. The breakfast was top notch. We would definitely stay here again!

The room was very clean and well kept by the housekeeping staff. All employees that we encountered were kind and professional. Breakfast was average hotel food, but again, the staff was friendly and kind. We would stay here again when we are in the area.

there was a dog barking the first night. contacted desk staff a twice before the barking stopped.

Always a great stay in Springfield! Easy on/off from the highway with many eating and fueling options available. Ample parking too.

It was a little hard to rate because of the construction and renovations going on . The kitchen staff were impeccable. They were very helpful and constantly checking everything in the breakfast area. The desk staff were not very helpful and they were not dressed processionally in my opinion. The room was very comfortable and clean even though the renovations were taking place right out in the hallway. The overall experience was good . We will be back.
