Always a great stay in Springfield! Easy on/off from the highway with many eating and fueling options available. Ample parking too.

It was a little hard to rate because of the construction and renovations going on . The kitchen staff were impeccable. They were very helpful and constantly checking everything in the breakfast area. The desk staff were not very helpful and they were not dressed processionally in my opinion. The room was very comfortable and clean even though the renovations were taking place right out in the hallway. The overall experience was good . We will be back.

The staff was very friendly especially the ladies working the morning breakfast making sure everyone was finding the things they needed with a smile on their face. A nice way to start a day. Over all everything was good. But there is really a need for more parking. We came back to the hotel around 10pm. The only spot that was open was between two of the storage trailers. We certainly didn’t feel it was safe to leave our car parked there. After driving around the hotel several times a spot came open.

Location and staff were great. Hotel and our room was clean. The water pressure in the shower was absolutely Awesome for sore back muscles.. Bed and pillows. Pillows were very used and very flat. Mattress too soft. I remember a time when Hampton had the best beds and pillows. One of the reasons we prefer Hampton Inns.
