Quality Inn US65 & E. Battlefield Rd. Springfield

Lighting sucked in the room. Key cards didn't work very well. Floor tiles cracked in bathroom. Spots on bed spread. Breakfast was ok after I got them to fill both coffee pots. Biscuits were dense and cold. A lady in front of us had trouble getting waffle out of waffle iron stuck real bad. When I used it I had to look for the non stick spray and found it in a drawer. I noticed lady putting it back in drawer after I was done like were not supposed to use it.

Parking lot was inadequate. I had a trailer and had to park in a grocery store lot a few blocks away. Door on bathroom was about to fall off!

Our non smoking room smelled like cigarette smoke. We asked for another room but that one smelled even worse.

The shower rode was falling out of the wall. The floors were messed up. The T.V. didn't work. The remote had one battery. Which i reported to the staff at checkout.

The staff was friendly and professional.

There was a smell in the room and the bathroom door hit the toilet. The toilet rocked.

There is nothing to like. They have a no locals policy. There are serious pest control issues. Understaffed. Not clean. They don't do daily room checks. Breakfast is gross (insta eggs, precooked biscuits, prison sausage).

Location I got bed bug bites from staying at the hotel and it was awful. I should call and ask for a refund

Our room was extremely smoky smelling, I do not feel I had the option of choosing a non smoking room. The cleanliness of the hotel was okay, could’ve been better, but really felt nasty staying in there because of the smoke smell.

I was checking in after having moved to another part of the state, still had my local address on my driver's license. They wouldn't let me stay, no locals are allowed to stay at the hotel. Apparently there's a high occurrence of locals renting a room, having a wild party and trashing the room. That or prostitutes using the rooms. I like to think I look like a good and decent citizen, they shouldn't have a blanket policy like this, but leave it to the manager's discretion. I drove 200 miles and didn't have a place to stay. Other motels in the area had a similar policy, but the would at least accept a $250 deposit. Not this place.

It was clean, comfortable, smelled good, had a coffee maker and in a good location for food and gas. The receptionist evidently checked me in under someone else's name but the lady before I left caught it,fixed it, and explained what happened honestly. My door was tough to open and close and there weren't enough outlets by the bed.

The privacy was nice they never bothered us The drains were slow. The tub filled up when I showered and sink backed up as well

Location was pretty good They charged my bank account multiple times and I now have to dispute with my bank

Room was clean but we booked 2 queen beds and ended up with 2 full beds when we walked into the room the tile as coming up off round the TV stand I took picture of it nd showed it to them only one lamp worked in the room and most of plug ins did not work the pool was tiny so we never got to make it in there it wasn't the worst of ever stayed in but I do wished it was what I booked the people were friendly
