Quality Inn US65 & E. Battlefield Rd. Springfield

It's a two story property with no elevator. The washer / dryer is free, but make sure the washer kicks on before leaving. My room, the towel rack fell off since the screws were loose. I tightened them up, but they're still loose. Not sure if they need larger screws or not. The door latch had loose screws with even after tightening were still loose. Whole property needs a refresh.

The Breakfast was good and lots of options even gluten free products. The pool being in a different building

Do not recommend. It smelled terrible, didn't feel safe, wasn't clean, staff appears to be miserable & we heard a supervisor yelling at housekeeping right in front of our door. Very sketchy place, not children friendly.

The front desk lady was nice!

I had to get another key key card once cause mine didn’t work, luckily my mom was in the room to let me back in. We also were having some problems with both keys afterwards. It took awhile for it to connect to open the door.

I wish there had been a vending machine with drinks and snacks.

Close to freeway. Motel I would have really liked but I was made to stay upstairs. I’m a travel nurse with lots of luggage and a bad hip. Had difficulty my bags upstairs.

The staff was very friendly The doors to the rooms didn't seem very sterdy. The air conditioner made strange noises. We were given a room and then the door wouldn't open. We were given another room . The keys had to be redone the following day. We were going to check out on Sunday but housekeeping was knocking on our door at 830 and then again at 915. I also had a small trailer and I was told I couldn't park at the hotel because their wasn't room for my truck and small trailer. I had to park at Price Cutter and walk to the hotel. Thank goodness I had a friend with me and I didn't have to walk back and forth. I would not have felt safe doing that.

The room was not clean we found a dirty sock and old Mac and cheese on the floor by the bed.

This hotel does not need to be an Expedia property. From the rude and indignant desk staff, to the poor condition of the hotel, this property does not deliver a "quality experience" at any level. No elevator, smoking allowed in rooms, and the overall condition of the property is truly one-star. Avoid at all cost!

Staff was great even though they were booked up solid they still fixed us up with rooms close by each other. The toilet in our room did not flush very well.

The room was very clean (worn and old, yes, but thoroughly clean). It's a great location to get around Springfield. And the staff is always friendly. It is quite run down and in need of some updating (mostly the shower). The room is also poorly lit, with just a few simple lamps.

Price The room was damp and smelled musty. There was mold and drain flies in the bathroom. The sink faucet was broken.

Comfy beds Bathroom had leak repair from 2nd floor. Looks like it was just painted and not repaired. See the Crack in Bathroom ceiling. Needs caulking and good cleaning around cracks of Bathroom vanity
