Nice hotel. Friendly staff. No issues. Free washer and dryer…….outstanding.

Helpful staff, clean room, and wonderful hot tub!

I loved that the pool was open so late. It made our boys let energy out before bed. Every staff member we came across were so nice. I definitely thought the beds were queen size beds not full size beds. We did leave the pool area early on our last night due to a group of guys brining in alcohol. I noticed a plastic shot bottle floating in the pool behind one of my son's. Nothing the facility could really do more to prevent it since they have it posted.

The staff at the front desk were very nice and a Thursday evening check in had a tray of sugar cookies at arrival. Such a nice touch! The breakfast staff ladies were super nice and they did a good job with the food. Weekdays 6 am breakfast is a nice touch. Weekends are later. Two waffle irons and the eggs, sausage, potatoes, biscuits were good. Nice selection of cereal and yogurts, fruit, juice, etc. Bed comfy and clean (but man that hotel room outdated looking and weird). Janky room with weird sliding wooden door to toilet and shower area. It would REALLY help if they added a blackout curtain slider or even a slider door on the wall that separates sleeping area from sink and mirror. VERY HARD to quietly get ready early before waking up my family. I got ready in the dark with phone flashlight, while tiptoeing around so I could go downstairs and work and eat breakfast while they slept later 2 mornings in a row. The toilet is wobbly and faucet on tub almost disconnecting from wall. Carpet old and stained and couch weird and sketchy looking. LOL! Bonus is the bed was comfy and it was clean but sure needs a remodel. Maybe we just got the last room left that had a super odd layout. It was not set up like handicap accessible really but maybe trying (?). Just an odd 4th floor room at the end.

Nice enough. Clean. The bathroom was separated from the main room by a louvered door. Not enough privacy.

Used the hot tub but the pool/hot tub area does not look like the advertised picture.....smaller than shown. Good breakfast Friendly staff Outside of hotel not appealing- I wouldn't stop there if I was just driving around to find a place to stay for the night.

The breakfast was very good. Pretty much what one would expect. The beds were comfortable. The pool was not very warm, didn't stay in long. When we got to our room, the smell was not very pleasant.

CLEAN AND COMFY BED it took staff a little while to find a room for us at 3:30p that had been cleaned.

The hotel's location was the key for our stay. It was an older hotel than the pictures indicated. Breakfast was good.

The staff at the desk at check in were very pleasant Window leaked into the room while sleeping, fire alarm went off around 1:30am and I woke up with bedbug bites all over

Clean. Staff very kind. Bed very comfortable. Shower hot. Breakfast very good. I will only stay at this hotel when I visit Springfield. I felt very safe. I stayed an extra night and they let me check in early. They also have a free washer and dryer! Nothing

I liked the location The floor and carpet need deep cleaning. Nothing that has to do with the regular housekeeping

Nothing I spent $170 because it said that there was a swimming pool and a Jacuzzi and then when I get there the jacuzzi was broken and the pool was full people I would not get out and let us get in I was denied being able to get a refund even though there's a whole reason I booked this hotel is because of the two things I mentioned the pool and jacuzzi the only reason I spent that much money I could have gotten a different room for 50 bucks three blocks down

First off, the staff was wonderful. Parking was easy. Location was terrific. As for the room...the refrigerator made a noise and the sink was not convenient.
