Clean room. Older hotel

Enjoyed our clean and comfortable room and bed. Staff was very friendly (front desk and cleaning staff). Enjoyed the nice choices for breakfast and breakfast area. Nice having coffe and tea in the room.

It was comforting

Unfortunately the shower did not work. After a long day in 100° weather at the raceway it was horrible. When we went to the front desk to ask for help, they couldn’t do anything for us because the hotel was sold out and the maintenance person didn’t come in until the next day. The breakfast was OK. The staff was nice.

Clean hotel with friendly staff. The room had a bit of a musty smell, but not over powering. Breakfast was good, lots of choices. The 12:00 check out was one of the best features that we appreciated.

The sink was partially plugged. It was slow to empty. And the hair dryer was smelling hot. Needs to be replaced. Otherwise we had a good stay and probably will be back.

Angie at the front desk is the best!!! Delayed flights caused us to change reservation by a day after no change date. She was so helpful and would love it if every person w customer contact was just like her!!!

Location. Stalk was good Cleanliness, pool and hot tub dirty looking and moldy smelling. Eggs running and orange juice diluted

At first it was great. No issues until the second day. My mother and I were gone all day Saturday. When we returned back to our room it was around 9:20pm. We walked in and it smelled just like weed. The bathroom door was closed and we did not close it before we left. We opened that door and it smelled like cigarettes. I went right down to the front desk because NO one should have been in our room. We even had the do not disturb sign up. The lady at the desk was really nice about it, she kept apologizing. She stated she was moving us for our safety and she would leave a note for the manager in the morning and for me to speak with the manager in the morning and ask for a full refund. So here at 9:30pm we are having to pack our things to move. Fast forward until the morning. I went down and spoke to the manager….she didn’t have much to say other than oh I am sorry no one was in there and that housekeeping said the sign was on the door so they did not enter. I said again that someone was in there smoking weed. Got no where with her so we walked out and I will be calling corp. first this in the morning. I will not ever stay here again or recommend this place. Apparently folks can enter to your room and it be ok and not check cameras to see if someone did. I wound sleep in my car the next time. So that is the reason for my negative stay!

Our room was one of the best handicap accessible rooms we have ever stayed in. Bed was very comfortable. Our room was right by the breakfast space and you could not hear a sound.

One of my usual go-to hotels to stay at when I'm in Springfield....stayed here many times. Great location, reasonable price, decent breakfast, very comfortable beds and lots of dining options nearby.

everything was good... except our room was 1 wash cloth shy .... all else good

Breakfast area staff member was super unprofessional to my husband when our kiddo spilled syrup accidentally, she huffed at having to clean it. Floors in our room were so dirty my kiddos feet were black after a few minutes. Amenities were okay. Pool was wayyyy overclorinared, but usable. Will not stay again when we're in town.

I was told I was going to get 10 percent of my bill at check out and the other lady at the desk said no so it did not go back on my card and we were counting on that for gas and food to get back home put us in a real bind I was traveling with 4 children

Breakfast was okay. The second morning we went to IHOP which is next door. Pool and hot tub was nice.

Great location, not too far from the airport, a ton of restaurants and bars you can go to. The rooms were really clean. I had a trouble checking in. I think it was on booking.com's error. I don't know. I'll be using them again. They try to help me sort it out. Could not get through the booking dot com so I had to pay for the room on another credit card, but they were very helpful.

The solarium pool and hot tub were so relaxing. Breakfast had good options. Comfortable bed and pillows. Upon entering there was a hair on the toilet, otherwise clean.
