Easy access from highway. Rude desk staff. Room design horrible and awkward. Enter room right into bathroom sink area. Dingy.

Everything was clean and in good working order. The whirlpool was nice and warm. They have a very nice breakfast. Stayed 3 nights without any problems.

I booked a handicap accessible room but we did not realize we did not get one until i needed to use the restroom at 9:30pm...my wheelchair could not fit through the door and had to use the public restroom down the hall. Also my chair could not fit between the beds so transferring from my chair to the bed was difficult. the front desk clerk could clearly see i was in a wheelchair. We have stayed a few times in the past but now the grounds and hotel is showing age. the beds are comfortable...

Our stay there was great. We didn’t mind the 30 minute drive to Branson, because the staff and hotel were amazing. Alex helped me with a Hotels .com mess that I had made. We would suggest this hotel to our family and friends. We stayed here 4 days. It was close to everything you need.

The hotel needs a remodel. In our bathroom the tiles were cracked in the shower and the toliet was loose and felt like it was going to fall over. The staff was great the room just looked really aged and the bed was hard.

Breakfast was good. Location was perfect. It would have been nice if the pool and hot tub were open a bit later for adults. And our room had a weird smell when we arrived.

Great hotel in a great location with happy and helpful staff. The room was very clean.

I had to change rooms because of pungent odor from air conditioner . By the next morning the second room was smelling the same. Staff was very accommodating but the smell was not good. I will not go back to this hotel.
