We are frequent travelers into Spfld. This is our preferred location and it does not disappoint.

The staff let me check out an hour later. The smell, the old decor. It was like a cheap motel in a small town in 1997.

The air conditioner didn’t work. They were completely sold out of rooms, so they couldn’t move us. The maintenance staff had left for the night, so our room was super hot all night.

Perfect place to stay in Springfield MO

We stayed for a family wedding that was happening not too far away from the hotel. Most areas around the hotel were less than 20 minutes away. The hotel was very convenient in terms of distance, it was also comfortable and clean, and my family enjoyed their stay!

Lobby and downstairs are nice Original room did not have clean linens (visibly soiled) and the second room had bathroom cleanliness issues. Management needs to step up their inspection game

Plenty of parking , great room. One negative- needs better lighting, especially around the coffee bar. And mirror in the bedroom. Unable to make coffee without using the flashlight on my phone.

The room was clean and Cooper at the front desk was very kind and helpful. However, for the price we paid the experience was not impressive. The room was rather small overall, the bed felt like it was very worn. It was not comfortable at all. The air was very loud the entire time it was on, to the point it was difficult to sleep. We have stayed in Holiday Inn express for much less that were much more comfortable! For the cost of the room, I thought there might be coffee in the lobby or a continental breakfast. The coffee in the room was terrible, not even a stir in the packet to mix the creamer into the coffee. Overall we were very dissatisfied.
