I didn't like that the TV didn't work. Shouldn't need a PhD to operate a TV. Turn on and it should be set to work

I loced the recliner and the space. Everything was laid out very well I didn't like that the TV didn't work. Shouldn't need a PhD to operate a TV. Turn on and it should be set to work

The room in general was great. Our problem with the room is the bed to close to the wall and could not be moved over. We could not set up C-PAP machine on that side of bed.

Close to food and large parking lots. The hotel was clean and the folks were very helpful

Not very clean, poorly maintained grounds and under renovation

The room was great. Parking is convenient, and the location is handy to many Springfield businesses and dining establishments. The shining stars, however, are the front desk staff. They are great representatives for the property, knowledgeable, and extremely courteous and helpful. If I had to identify a single reason that I will return to Candlewood Suites North in Springfield, it would be the front desk staff. They are the best.

Great room. Nice padded carpet area for kids to play on! Soft bed with clean sheets. Also great staff who helped with the pull out couch and pack n play!

I was there a week. Affordable. Quiet. Very clean. Easy parking. Kitchen. Free laundry. I saw reviews comment on the neighborhood safety. Coming from Chicago I never felt unsafe anywhere in Springfield. There are people walking the streets. Everyone everywhere I went was friendly. There are 4753674 stores from small business to major chains. Cave tours in the area were cool, a number of museums, the zoo. Everything is within 20 minutes.

Wonderful staff clean environment great place to stay for an extended period.

No breakfast, however equipped with small kitchen to cook yourself. Dishwasher and few appliances. Shower head. Multi settings or hand held would way better. Also wish there was a way to hook up laptop to tv to watch my shows and movies.
