Classic Route 66 vintage motel, vintage decor, welcoming owner. Great neon sign too! Small bathroom but that is vintage!

They were very friendly. The room was very clean. Loved the way it was decorated.

The staff was incredibly friendly and kind, even with our late arrival, and they made getting into our room easy with clear lockbox directions. We stayed in Suite 8 and loved the character of the room. It was spacious, comfortable, and had great little touches including snacks, bottled water, books, games, a refrigerator, microwave, and sink area. The property has so much Route 66 charm, and the little souvenir shop was adorable. It really felt like a unique, family-run place rather than a generic hotel. There really wasn’t anything we disliked about our stay. My only suggestion would be to have a simple printed guide in the room for guests, especially those arriving after the office has closed. Something with basic room and property information, helpful tips, nearby places to visit, and maybe a few fun Route 66 or local history facts would be a really nice touch. The staff gave us good directions for our late arrival, but having everything written down in one place would make the experience even easier.

I absolutely love staying in historic motor courts, and this one is top notch. I have stayed here before and will stay here again. I create travel videos and it is difficult when you have to us the bed as a desk. Even a folding chair and a folding tv table would help immensely.

The property was a perfect representative of Route 66. Loved it Nothing. Would stay there again.

Exceptionally, cute, clean and fun! Didn’t have shampoo in my room but not sure if I was supposed to. Very hot day & I wanted to wash my hair but that was minor to me

The property was outstanding! It was clean and our room was so cute with all the old furnishings! We loved it! We loved everything!

It was very cute, decorating and appointed with quality and care. The grounds had the most amazing plants and flowers. I loved every bit of it. But more than that the hosts were the best part. We had a few hiccups in our travel and accidentally left behind a very dear stuffy and they were incredibly kind and helpful. They helped us get everything taken care of and were so reassuring and comforting. There wasn’t one thing bad or that I didn’t like.

Friendly staff, comfortable area. Easily accessible ice Bathroom need renovations, could have used black out curtains. Pillows need to be replaced.

Old Rt. 66 charm. Great hospitality owners. They actually remembered me from my previous stay. The bed was standard size. Period correct for the room. Not uncomfortable.From fine for most folks but I am of the large variety 6'4" at 225 lbs I would not this stop me from staying there again if I am in Springfield

Loved our room, very welcoming! Great location and overall great feel.

Room was exceptionally clean & had a cute Route 66 theme. Both the bed & couch were comfortable. There was a patio with a couple tables and chairs to relax outside. Tim was friendly & talked about the area & centennial happenings. There was a small basket with a few snacks which was a nice touch. We had everything we needed for our stay & recommend to others traveling in the area.
