Hotel Vandivort

Like the modernness of how the room looks when I booked the hotel, but it was nice.

This is a beautiful hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. It was very conveniently located next door to the Lander's Theater, where we watched Les Miserables.

Hotel Vandivort is a fantastic blend of historic charm and modern style. Our room was spacious, beautifully updated, and the record player in the room was such a fun surprise. The bed was on the firm side, but the rooftop bar, great staff, and unbeatable downtown location make this a place we’ll happily come back to.

We were very pleased with how friendly the staff was. The rooftop bar was nice for a sunset.

Love the Vandivort! Staff is very friendly, professional and courtesy. Rooms are pretty cool too. Due to the what happened after we checked out ensures what a special place and staff the Vandivort has. After we got back to our home in St. Louis realized I had left a medical device in our room. The exceptional lady at the front desk located the device and had it shipped to me! l had the device back in two days. She stepped up and helped in such a meaningful way!! Amazing. Thank you.

I loved the atmosphere and the large rooms. It was a little loud from the tables scratching upstairs in the bar and the bed were extremely firm. Other than that everyone was great and we had a good time.

Did not get cleaned one day without explanation. We were gone all day and was disappointed to come back to unmade beds. Staff offered to send someone up but it was after 8 pm and we were spent. They offered no compensation of any sort. Disappointing. This was our second time staying there.

The hotel is split-you have to go outside and walk a short distance down a sketchy ally to get to your room if they book you in that building which is newer. The room was ok bed not too comfortable though for me. I cancelled our stay for return trip. The food in restaurant was exceptional!!

This is my favorite hotel in Springfield. Nice, clean and modern with great food. The location is also really nice if you like to walk; there are all kinds of restaurants and bars to explore in a close proximity. Live weekly music in the lobby is really good too.

Hotel Vandivort always delivers the best guest experience. The staff is professional, helpful and available. The property is impeccably designed and maintained. The food, and the service is excellent.

Location, rooftop bar, lobby Room was old, scratched up furniture, no fan in the toilet or shower. The view was horrid, right over the trash cans. I can't imagine on a wed night there wouldn't have been a better room.

Beautiful, upscale property in the heart of downtown Springfield!
