It was horrible they air was out! I had 3 rooms and they gave us all box fans but it didn’t even help! My mom, kids and 90 year old grandma was exhausted. They need to be shut down until the air is fixed

It was horrible! The air wasn’t working and they gave us a box fan. I had 3 rooms with my mom kids and 90 year old grandma and she was exhausted

Staff was friendly. Room cleanliness was okay, but there was mold on the bathroom ceiling and a pair of dirty socks behind the dresser. One of the mattresses in our room had a large tear that was turning into a hole in the middle, which made it uncomfortable to sleep on.

We had no air all weekend and my 90 year old grandma was so exhausted. I had 3 rooms booked and they gave us a box fan but it was still so hot. The whole hotel

No cold air

The restroom floors were sticky, and the rooms didn’t have a microwave.

The hotel was convenient to downtown and the college. For me the amenities were perfect.

Needs updated. The rooms were hot air was not working properly. My toilet seat was peeling. Floors should be cleaned better.

This hotel is clean and the staff was very nice. Great location for going to a baseball game! My two complaints is the air conditioner in the hotel could not keep up. Our room never got below 73. Also the tub/shower in our room the tile was cracked and some areas had water build up residue along with rust.

Great stay but the air conditioning needs updated.

Great location and great "vibe" in this pet friendly hotel. Only ding: 2 elevators for 9 floors so they can be trouble at "rush hour."

Hotel is out dated, it needs a upgrade. The stale order means carpet needs to be removed and replace with hard wood floors. Drapes need to be removed and with window blinds. Furniture in foyer is horrible. This used to be in the old day was probably a very elegant building but times have changed.

Nice open lobby. Check-in was quick and they let me check in a bit earlier. Room was quite spacious, clean, all the amenities great shower. Bar and restaurant with a small but decent menu in the lobby which was convenient and reasonably priced staff were all, helpful and friendly in my interactions with them. Would certainly stay again

Everything was great except we had no hot water that night and no hot water the next morning for showers. We found out that the hotel was having problems three days with no hot water before we got there and failed to inform us but the staff did a fantastic job-especially the young lady behind the desk and the lady in charge of the breakfast--they both deserve a raise-main reason we are coming back each year for my birthday on June 26th--hopefully I will live for a long time.

I didn’t check in!!! There was no stay

We did not have hot water the whole time we were there. The AC was not working properly. The breakfast was awful. The carpet in our room was sticky upon arrival. Walking in I was impressed. It looked very nice and I was very excited all just to be let down!
-
Half of the staff were rude and the other half didn't seem to know what was going on. Their complimentary breakfast cost 15 dollars a person, the facilities in the room were falling apart, and I had to pay 12 dollars a night for parking but wasn't guaranteed protection on their property as stated on a parking lot sign. Besides all of those things the rest of the stay was decent. Nice decor, pretty fountain in the lobby and tasty refreshments.

My expectations weren’t very high for this stay due to the fact that I knew it would be outdated. I under estimated just how outdated and poorly maintained the room would be. The room reeked of mildew and the toilet ran all night long. The shower was poorly kept and part of the shower wall had been horribly patched over. The carpet was disgusting and looks like it hadn’t been shampooed since 2010, at least. I would've requested a new room but it wasn’t worth the hassle since I checked in late and left first thing in the morning. The hotel charges $10.95 for parking which wasn’t advertised anywhere. Needless to say, I will not be staying here again.

The air conditioning was out while I was there. They were also doing construction in the main lobby and running very loud equipment. My main disappointment was the cleanliness. There was blood on the floor in the bathroom and the entire hotel smelled like mold. The staff were very kind and helpful which was the only plus. I did end up checking out a day early and seeking accommodations elsewhere.
