The scenery The company

Very clean, great staff, big room, comfortable bed. Zero water pressure in the shower. Literally dribbled our of the shower head. Which was a surprise because the sink had plenty of water pressure.

There was none. First floor room.

The first time we stayed there we loved the room they gave us and the next three times we stayed there we wanted the the same room and they made sure we got it There was nothing we didn't like

Closer to downtown. It had alot of cable channels and free Wi-Fi. The location was a little scary. The frame around the door looked like it had been kicked in more than once, with no lock besides the doorknob! The room was very musty. Didn't look very clean. The A/C unit barely worked and was very loud.

Ok On breakfast

24/7 ice machine, close to bus stop, conveniently located next to Panda Express. Minutes from downtown, but what does it say if the best part is you're easy and PLEASANT TO GET AWAY FROM, and you have an ice machine. -_- HATED this experience. Hotel staff was rude, made no effort to accommodate guest requests, STOLE FROM CUSTOMERS, not to mention the CONSTANT noise and drug use. Did I mention how many roaches I saw, or maybe the fact that the carpets were sticky with dirt and grime. I couldn't get out of there fast enough, and I will NEVER go back.

Great location near the Springfield Cardinals games at a very reasonable price. No complaints

The bathtub needed some work on is surface

The location was fine. There were restaurants nearby. It was easy to access my room. The carpet was new and the bedding appeared and felt clean. The people running the motel were kind but some of their policies were highly suspect. The facility is so old that it is impossible for it to feel or smell clean. It didn't. I chose not to shower. It is incredibly off-putting to walk into a motel that you've booked online and be asked for $50 cash as a deposit. Walking to the nearest ATM in an era when no one carries cash is frustrating and inconvenient. At checkout, waiting in the lobby while the employee goes and inspects the room before he returns the cash is equally frustrating and inconvenient. I gave the overall score a little higher because I wasn't totally surprised. I wanted the cheapest motel room in Springfield for the night and I got what I asked for.

Good location in Springfield. No breakfast.

Close to everything and price It needs a little updating but it looked like they were working on it.

Sitting in the waranda in the night with friends is chilling

Like the hotel rooms that are all accessed directly off the parking lot Hotel rooms could use a refresh undate to bathroom would be 1st priority.

Fridge and microwave in room. Not very quiet

The room was decent. Price was ok The 50.00 cash only deposit. Yes. It was stated. IF you clicked see more and it was 2 paragraphs down after that. Also did not like that non smoking room cost more.

I did not like anything about it. Everything could have been better.

Nothing People tried to break in the room. The room was disgusting and the staff was rude about visitors and my kids. Will never go back and don't advise it to anyone.

The owner of the property denied that i could gave my service animal. After I took my dog in the room he locked the door and would not let me get my things or my dog for over 24hrs. The police had to threaten to take the hotel room door off before he understood the extent of what he was doing. The fact that all this happened over a two night stay. The room was disgusting and I immediately asked to change rooms or cancel the reservation and he literally would not even try to work with me. I reached out to booking.com they said they'd cancel as long as the property agreed. He refused to ever respond back. He basically tried to kick me out as soon as I got there and keep the money for the two nights before I ever even stepped foot in the room. There was cigarette burns s in the bed and the floor. There was blood splattered on the lamp shade. It was an actual nightmare staying at this property and I will never go back.
