The room was a nicely decorated and clean. Much bigger than a hotel. You have a small living, dinning and bar. I didn’t really feel safe leaving our car outside the building seeing homeless around . It was self park so you had to find parking on the street . And the train going off every night several times a night. Because of the parking and the train in the back of the building I would not stay here again.

The only minor item for the room was a drape but no window shade. Also if you are a light sleeper be sure to get a room that does not face the railroad tracks behind the hotel.

Very clean room, lots of character and charm. Text code to get into building after hours and no contact with staff. The coffee shop in the building is an added bonus with the sweetest baristas. We stayed in St. Petersburg room so spacious, clean and nicely decorated. Would absolutely stay again and try another room to enjoy the uniquely decorated based on the booked room.

Room is vintage industrial minimalist, yet comfortable. Nice towels, sheets, bedding. Bring your own soap bar. Furnished bars are tiny. Only issue is hot water. It took five minutes (no kidding) for hot water to travel from the water heater to our second floor room. Leave shower and sink running and just be patient. Overall a pleasant stay.

Need better curtains, the street lights are pretty bright at night

Clean room, easy access, loved the cafe right there in the morning, never saw staff. But had a text # if I needed anything, would stay again

Cute place. Clean, comfortable bed. However, skylight in bedroom had us up early and storm one night, with rain pounding on skylight, made it hard to sleep. Nice sitting area, but no TV in that room. Could only watch a TV from bed. There was a kitchenette, but had no amenities. Really no different than hotel room as it had a mini frig, microwave with a sink. No type of basic dishes for food as you would expect a kitchenette to provide. Had a type of coffee maker, with directions, but no coffee was provided. Elevator did not work so we had to lug our things up a large staircase. When i texted agent about elevator, no response, so it was not repaired two days later when we left. Parking outside indicates only 2 hour parking between 8 am and 5 pm so we contacted agent about parking and their response was that those rules are not enforced, and it appears that it isn't enforced, but it did cause us some concern. The attached coffee house was convenient, but a little pricey.

Amazing tub! Loved the room.

Clean room with a darling boutique feel! Fluffy nice towels and linens. Parking was easy. Building is secure and locked so we felt very safe. Our only feedback is we felt there needed to be a larger window AC to cool the large room, we got a little hot at night with the unit on the coolest setting. Loved the little coffee shop attached, great bonus!

This place is adorable ! Very cool reclaimed wood hotel. Staff free check in. A great coffee shop on the first floor . Whoever designed this space, did an excellent job!

Enjoyed a lovely stay here. Clean and great spot near restaurants and shops on historic Commercial St. Great coffee shop downstairs

We arrived late and the code they provided was erroneous. We finally got into our room and there were few amenities. A tiny bath gel that wouldn’t have gotten both my husband and I through the two days there and no lotion! More importantly, no staff onsite after 5 pm and apparently there is an on call person who gave us the right code but we didn’t know that the person was on call for all issues. My shower in the evening was lukewarm and I didn’t report it because I didn’t think anyone would fix it at 12:30 am. We decided to check out after the night because we were disgusted after arriving from a 7 hour drive to the hotel. Expedia helped us with the early check out and refund but if we would have asked the on call person about the hot water it would have cost a $25 convenience fee! I stay I hotels for convenience but none of this was convenient and the elevator didn’t work so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs. We stayed our second night in another hotel and it was divine!

Commercial St seemed to have a many dining options along with a plethora of coffee houses. Unfortunately I stayed at hotel on a Monday and Tuesday night most of the businesses on Commercial St are open Tuesday-Sunday so there are not a lot of options on a Monday evening The actual room I stayed in was quite large with tall ceilings and (2) skylights and was very comfortable. Pour thru coffee maker was in room for that morning coffee but with only enough coffee for (2) cups. I stayed at hotel late March weather was cool it seemed like there was only a window AC unit and a portable heater in room and and because room was large with tall ceilings I am not sure how comfortable it would be during winter and/or middle of summer. Room was very affordable and interior of room was slightly themed with different areas of world my room was Istanbul Room My stay was very nice and I would go back

It was a beautiful, unique place and I have already booked another stay. As a small business owner, I love supporting other small businesses and not the huge corporations.

Loved our stay in the Jaipur room! It was so spacious, clean and comfortable. Highly recommend you book your next stay here. We've been visiting family in Springfield for the past few years and sorry we just now discovered the Culture Hotel. Great coffee shop on site too.

4th time staying here and the only hotel I’ll stay in when going to Springfield. Located above a coffee shop with all rooms being a different cultural/geographical theme.
