Even though there is a kitchen, There are no dishes, pots, and pans or utensils available. There is no ice machine.

Nice convience store few hundred foot walk. Easy parking. Shower/tub was roughly refinished...big brown sealing marks....but function fine.

Loved the location of the hotel. Not to far from shopping or the University. The staff was ok, at check in the person seemed rather dismisive of us, but other staff friendly and helpful. The stay was plagued by things. A stange smell in the room, 3rd floor room, the key not working most time, the smells from other rooms. Non smoking rooms are good but when those under you smoke just outside door, not just cigarettes, it fills the rooms. There were a lot of people hanging outside, givibg the impression of a section 8 hotel. The background check sign in the lobby didnt help. Also, we turned on heater to try and dry our sneakers after a rainstorm, it set the smoke alarm off. Not the best stay but a few changes would help. Try and keep seasonal or one time visitor separate from others or just police those that stay there. Make sure that the customers dont set up shop in the lot, sitting in chairs, drinking, smoking. A few things could turn this into a great stay for all.

Bad

I used to be maintenance for an apartment complex, this hotel could improve a bunch with just some minors improvements like the drywall/painting around the shower head and dumping the trash cans when they're full. I watched staff walk right by an empty fast food bag like 5 times before they finally picked it up. And definitely not the hotel's fault, but there's only 1 Mexican food place across the street, but it closes early, and a Dari Mart a couple doors down that also closes at 10pm, other than that you're SOL especially if you're hungry late and have no car. There are no coffee makers in room and no exhaust fan above stove or in the bathroom. There was no screen on the window either. And the stairs and walkways could use a good steam cleaning. Other than that the stay was good and the price was reasonable. It's fairly close to everything too if you have a car.

I just needed a place to sleep. Clean room and helpful staff were all I needed. I would stay again.

Very convenient location , food services within 15 min away from hotel but unfortunately our room smelled like cigarettes was very dirty with tub stains & hair in bathroom floors.

My keys wouldn’t work staff had to let me in and I couldn’t leave. I want a refund

It was loud the entire time we were there. We didn’t check in until 6pm and they hadn’t cleaned our room yet. The room we were in was right next door to the office and it was loud and door slamming constantly. The fan/ac/heater didn’t work. The bathtub was all chipped up making it look trashy. It smelled terrible. The bed wasn’t comfortable.

The door locks barely opened the mattress was bad and it smells

HEATER CAUGJT FIRE!! ,Switchblade knife on above our bed on the painting, mold in the bathroom. neighbors screaming all night. staff truly dont care. they laughed at all of it. Red Roof should be ashamed to put their name on this rundown stinkhole

Staff was great. Property was dirty and run down. Was waay over priced. Also financial practices are not helpful. Almost lost my reservation cause they bill the day before and never told us.

It was very convenient, has an elevator and the room has a kitchenette. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in town. The people staying in the room next to us we're fighting all night and kept us awake. The staff was terrific though and responded immediately when we called the front desk to report them and ended up kicking them out.

Room was clean. Definitely a hotel where people live I think. Shows its age but room was clean, bed was comfortable
