I have stayed here multiple times in the last 3 years...the staff is wonderful...the location is terrific...the room rates are second to none. I will continue staying here.

We were in town during an expensive weekend due to a local sporting event. This was one of the cheapest places we could find to stay ( about $160 per night when other places were at least double). It had a kitchenette with zero items in it, so bring your own pots, pans, dishes, etc if you expect to use it. The beds are a thin metal frame and have mattresses with springs. Not uncomfortable but also not comfortable. The pillows and bedding were not bad. Lastly, we only had two towels for a room with 4 people. I guess we got about what we expected so no big surprises.

Fridge didn't work told staff she told maintenance guy no one came to switch it out key entry was not working properly and elevator was dirty

The room in Springfield-Eugene, OR, was terrible. It smelled of cigarette smoke and urine. The lamp shades were nicotene yellow and broken. There were marks and holes and GOD KNOWS WHAT red substance dripping from one of the wall outlets! The door jam was all beat up and someone had tried to jimmy it open with a crowbar. There were burn marks (obviously from cigarettes or crack pipes) in the restroom and near the bed. I didn't have the opportunity to go elsewhere because there was an event at Autzen Stadium and all local hotels were full, so I kept the room.

They cancelled ALL the reservations the day of arrival and some people were turned away. Capitalism cash grab at its worst. I had to take out my own trash and the staff seemed annoyed when I asked where the dumpster was. The room felt dingy and uncomfortable, which meant I spent most of my time out of it. Would not stay here again.

If you’re thinking about staying here, don’t. This was one of the only options left for an event in Eugene so we risked it. In hindsight, I would have rather paid double to stay elsewhere. The rooms are outdated, dingy, and not clean. There were cob webs in the corners and I didn’t want to walk around without shoes. There was also dog poop all over outside in the grass.

The front desk staff were kind and did what they could, but many of the issues are the responsibility of the owner. When we arrived, the AC cover was broken and lying on the floor. My husband reattached it and plugged it in, but it made an awful noise and didn’t work. The filter was also filthy. With four people in the room, it became very stuffy. The only window had no screen, so opening it meant bugs flying in, and the bright exterior lights lit up the room all night. Cleanliness was a major concern. The floors were sticky, the table hadn’t been wiped, the kitchen counter still had crumbs and lettuce from the previous guests, and under the beds was full of dust, crumbs, and other debris. The bathroom fan didn’t work, and the toilet seat was broken. We were uncomfortable enough with the cleanliness that we didn’t even use the shower. The beds were comfortable, but that’s about the only positive. There were no extra blankets, no safe, and our key cards repeatedly stopped working. We spoke with the front desk after checking in, but the motel was fully booked due to Banana Ball. They did offer a discount, which we appreciated, but it didn’t make up for the condition of the room. I would not recommend this motel, especially for families. The owners need to invest in proper maintenance and housekeeping. You are also responsible to remove all garbage before check out and bring it down to the motel dumpster. I was shocked by this!

We reserved a two queen room and we were given a two double/full room. And told there were no other rooms available. They also told us that the beds were queens, and that we were wrong. Nope, we measured them - they were doubles. Also, the toilet in our room wouldn’t flush. All this after checking in at 10pm with 2 tired kids. Eventually, they gave us a different room, but that room also did not have queen beds. The air conditioner smelt like nasty dirty feet when it was running, there were ants in the bathroom, stains on the towels and sheets, a burn mark in the duvet, and the bathroom door wouldn’t stay closed or locked. Overall, probably the most disappointing place we have stayed at. We ended up leaving early and driving 10 hours home in the middle of the night instead of spending another night there. No resolution or compensation was offered for any of these issues.

bed was worn out gap under outside door large enough for noise and outside pollution and small rodents to come in required to signed no refund agreement before seeing room expedia not really helpfull checked out without using the room Please look elsewhere for a room

I signed a waiver for no smoking and no pets but the room and office both smelled like smoke and I witnessed another guest taking a pet into a room.

We had to delay our check in by two hours because the dryer broke and bedding was not ready. This impacted our dinner plans with friends. The room smelled of stale smoke even though a non-smoking room. The fridge was so loud we had to turn in white noise at night to sleep. No dishes, no hairdryer, no iron. There were holes in the blackout curtains. It’s needs a paint job and some aesthetic maintenance. For the price, we got what we paid for. Luckily we literally only slept there. It was a quiet complex.

Rooms are outdated and the lingering smell of cigarette smoke is strong. The floors were dirty and the bed uncomfortable.

I hate to write a negative review but people should know. The room smelled so heavily of cigarette smoke that my eyes were watering. My clothes smelled like cigarette smoke after I left the room and I don't smoke. There was a bug crawling under the bed to the fridge. There was a dead bug on my bed. The floor was sticky. There was duct tape on the air conditioner. I was afraid to take a shower but did. The shower was nice. I left the room after a five hour stay and asked to refund my other days and they told me to call the manager. I had to call her three times and she said a refund would not be possible. Lesson learned.

It’s a run down building needs a lot of work, room was dirty and they still have the nerve to ask for a 100.00 deposit. They are under staff the lady that checked me in is also the lady cleaning the rooms . Not recommended!!!!

When we entered our room, there was a strong unpleasant odor, and we had to leave the door open for a while to air it out. The room itself was just okay. There was a missing picture from the wall, and the shower tile had some dirt or black buildup that made us uncomfortable enough to wear flip-flops while showering. I understand that staffing issues happen, and I feel for the employees, but overall the property felt poorly maintained and not very clean. Even for a simple overnight stop, this isn't a place I would choose to stay again.

We made a reservation many months in advance. When we arrived at 5 pm to check in, we were told that our room would not be available for several hours due to a laundry issue. We were able to find a room elsewhere.
-
The staff was fine during check in, but they were not in the office when we went to check out in the morning. Neither of our room keys worked, but it didn't keep us from getting in the room because the door was not fully closed upon our arrival. We had to ask for a roll of toilet paper since there was none in the room. There were no glasses or cups for water. A sign on the office door stated that if there was no one in the office please use the phone down the hall to check out, but the phone was dead. We are not sure what the deal was with this "hotel" but we were not surprised at all that the parking lot was mostly empty.

We were tired and grateful to at least have a place to sleep but WOW never had such a bad experience

Not clean at all

Be aware!! They canceled our reservation that was booked through Expedia. No help given by either company. Stranded in a city with no place to stay.
