Quality Inn & Suites Springfield - Eugene North

Room was fairly smelly, place was under construction so fairly noisy. Was not informed ahead of time it was under construction. Rooms was pretty small, no dresser/desk and the fridge and microwave were stacked on top of each other basically in a corner that gave you barely any room to get around the bed. Not sure what the deal was with this particular room but overall don’t know if I’d go back for a while.

This property is under renovations. Considering the mess it is in, the staff did their level best to make things as comfortable as possible. Hear hear to them.

The room was not anything like the posting on Hotels.com. There were multiple issues of uncleanliness, soiled and stained sheets, debris in the sheets, molding coming appart in our room, door to our room looked like it had been broken into, barely latched and could see through the door jam into our room. Damaged furniture, dented shower rod, discusting water line on the toilet. On top of all of the maintenance and cleanliness issues, there was a terrible room freshener scent that tried to covered up musty and dirty smells. The staff did all they could to help, bringing 3 different sets of linens because each one was dirt, and appologizing, but this was an awful experience and we will never stay at any Quality Inn again!

This was a work trip; I have stayed there before they are now doing some remodeling. It was nice to see some updates. The staff is great! Good bang for your buck.

Property was under construction so it was noisy in the morning. Room was small with no closet, dresser or anywhere to hang up clothes.

Great place to stay for sporting events. Open field for walking my dog. Would definitely stay again, even with the facility being under renovation.

Room with bad smell. We exchanged another one , better than previous one but still with smell. We were exhausted after driving 900 miles.

Great staff left things called they had them my son was able to retrieve everything with no trouble. Thanks 😊

Hotel is adequately maintained yet outdated. Hotel was under construction. Pool is not very well situated. Room had not drawers, closet.

The property was clean and updated. Nice decor. Good amenities and close to shopping and restaurants. I was happy it was pet friendly. The included breakfast was very good. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

This place is nothing like the pictures. Breakfast area was very dirty and limited. The coffee pot and cups and everything were set up on the shelf under the bathroom sink right next to the toilet.

Great stay!

I was traveling for Business when I got there there was no desk in the room and no ironing board. They basically told me initially well we just don’t have our furniture for a remodel yet. Only after explaining my situation did they move me to another floor in another room but of course they were remodeling ran underneath me which made it pretty miserable for three days.

They were in the middle of a remodel so our room was kind of bare. Otherwise it was okay.

Room was nice and clean and had been updated. It was missing charging ports and some furniture it seemed. Breakfast was fine, dining area was small. Great spot to stop to sleep and eat breakfast before moving on.

I had to ask, at the desk, the next moring to what happened. This was not appropriate to pay $300/night under these circumstances.
