Everything was Great! Very polite staff.

Cleanliness this trip was not to the expected standard. Noticed a long black hair on the bathroom door, a piece of some kind of food under the desk ... not good. Then, the bar seemed under-stocked. (One mid-level bourbon choice.) Add the noisy construction in the main lobby in the breakfast hours, and this was not a favorite stay.

Great room and location

My problem with the property, is that it faces significant thoroughfares on two sides. Perhaps the "interior" sides facing the shopping center / parking deck are quieter, but the outside was loud practically all night. I got very little rest even with earplugs, it felt like I was back in Milan in my twenties, sleeping in a street facing apartment on Viale Umbria. Bonus feature is that you can practically walk to Whole Foods or Trader Joe's.

The only issue we had was that the tv wasn’t working when we went to the room. We called 3 times to the desk and finally on the last day we got it fixed. Someone unplugged the tv from the power. Otherwise the stay was very good.

Very friendly and hospitable staff. Comfortable clean room. We really enjoyed our stay.

The room had a kitchenette and the room was fine. It seemed clean, with the exception of hair around in the bathroom area. We chose it because it had a pool for the kids, but there was no pool.

Rug is room was worn and torn. Supposed to have a restaurant and bar...bar was open 1 evening and closed the entire rest of time. No restaurant...only breakfast bar. Lobby needs to be updated

Staff good, breakfast decent. Room pretty decent as well Location isnt great. Windows are old so if you're a light sleeper traffic could be an issue. Air.con is effective but very loud!

Breakfast is always the highlight of my stay at this hotel. Parking is convenient. There was only one problem. The cleaning staff missed a sock on the floor from the previous occupants.

Service was efficient and friendly. Room was well equipped and check in/out was easy. Building common areas appear well worn, some cosmetic improvements would be fitting.
