Residence Inn by Marriott Springfield Old Keene Mill

The only issue we had was that the tv wasn’t working when we went to the room. We called 3 times to the desk and finally on the last day we got it fixed. Someone unplugged the tv from the power. Otherwise the stay was very good.

Comfort and location An empty purse in our room that we put in a drawer disappeared the day the cleaning crew visited. For sure now I will never have my room cleaned

Very friendly and hospitable staff. Comfortable clean room. We really enjoyed our stay.

The room had a kitchenette and the room was fine. It seemed clean, with the exception of hair around in the bathroom area. We chose it because it had a pool for the kids, but there was no pool.

Rug is room was worn and torn. Supposed to have a restaurant and bar...bar was open 1 evening and closed the entire rest of time. No restaurant...only breakfast bar. Lobby needs to be updated

Staff good, breakfast decent. Room pretty decent as well Location isnt great. Windows are old so if you're a light sleeper traffic could be an issue. Air.con is effective but very loud!

Breakfast is always the highlight of my stay at this hotel. Parking is convenient. There was only one problem. The cleaning staff missed a sock on the floor from the previous occupants.

Service was efficient and friendly. Room was well equipped and check in/out was easy. Building common areas appear well worn, some cosmetic improvements would be fitting.

would be helpful to have bigger dog area and better maintained with what is there.

Bar tender Rahel was wonderful as well as the desk supervisor.

This location is right on the highway and next to a very busy fire station. It is so loud all night. This listing also says there is a pool and there is not. We booked this hotel due to it having a pool and we’re so disappointed. Our sofa bed was broken and it took two days for them to fix it so my kid ended up sleeping on the floor. When we tried to talk to the front desk about it they simply didn’t care. They said you booked through hotels so there is nothing we can do. We asked to change rooms and they said they were sold out. Yet we saw barely any people. There is also a huge gap under the door so we heard everyone in the hallway and the light came on so strong. Very disappointed since we paid so much.

This hotel is clean and quiet, and the staff are friendly and helpful. I really appreciated the breakfast and the good coffee. One thing I might say, though, is that my room needed USB ports. I couldn’t find a single one.

Studio apartment was nice and clean, no fault at all. staff were kind and helpful. The hotel was at a good location with shopping malls, etc near by.

The room was excellent, the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was good for a basic breakfast. I was disappointed that the bar was closed on Sunday for light meals.

No housekeeping (at least not my room), no blowdryer, no towels, lots of pets (I understand its pet friendly, just a lot of pets).

Just off I 95 perfect for the traveler heading thru the DC area.
