Best Western Springfield

I booked this hotel for easy access to DC during a brief trip there. While close, The traffic was a lot at times. Breakfast was very good. Staff very nice. I didn't use the pool but it looked clean. Facility was nice. The bed was not comfortable and loud but otherwise, everything was good. Definitely recommend.

My first day was good, so let’s see the next two days .

Pool hours 3pm till 8pm

The hotel was nice and clean, front desk staff Byron was very nice and helpful! Breakfast was a full buffet and the pool was pretty well kept. The location was very good

Clean room and excellent for family stay.

We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was incredible so many options. The pool was very convenient to have for the kids. Its also so much to do in the area. I will be returning 🤗.

Small bathroom, not clean

You can hear the traffic from the freeway in the room. The ice machine didn’t work on the third floor. She had to go to the fifth floor sixth floor to get ice. The lady had a sour attitude at the breakfast bar. She started cleaning up and taking things away 15 minutes before breakfast stopped my friend had to go all the way down to the basement to buy a diet Pepsi because your soda machine to check out we had to use a machine to check out instead of check out with the person. That hotel was certainly not a level 8. We would not choose to use that hotel ever again!

I must admit, for an older building the place was nice! Well maintained, and I rated the staff a 10. They above and beyond what I expected. Thank you for everything!!!

The mattress are old and not support for my back as well as they need to replace the new mattress thx

The rooms have thin walls and you can hear everything

Hotel was fine, a little dated. Breakfast was good. Only door you could use to enter was the main lobby door, all others were emergency exit only. I use a cane, it would have been easier walking to use a different door. Hotel sits next to an on-ramp for I-95, traffic noise was loud.

super clean and nice staff lovely stay

We stayed for two nights and we did not regret it at all. For such a large property, it was very well maintained. The breakfast in the morning was more than enough. It was such a good start to the day. The bed itself was firm without being hard. The metro ride to downtown DC took about 40 minutes, so if sightseeing is what you're doing, be ready for a long ride. But all in all, it was an enjoyable stay.
