Best Western Springfield

The location and ease of checking in. The place was clean. It needs to add some non-pork meat for people who does not consume pork. They also need to move the smokers away from the main entrance. As a non-smoker I find it offensive to have to walk through people smoking as I am entering the hotel. Please see above.

The room isn’t clean

The rooms are a little tight, but decent space for a short stay. The staff was welcoming and helpful. We were surprise to see that during the day

The staff Faris totally missed the point of making a great firs impression when he showed me a room and then gave me another when I specifically asked to see "the room " I was buying not a room I went back and confronted him about it, so I did get another room again Room was musky and damp kinda dungeon feel, with all kinds of splatters of unknown origin everywhere. I have never seen such a dirty windows, it it a miracle any light can make it through. There are dents in walls and bathroom door and all the furniture including lams and wall art is crooned. I am sorry but that doesn`t cost any to fix last but not least, whoever designed this place must have been out their minds or on drugs. The beds were at the wrong side of the room, instead of looking at the TV, my focal point was an ugly brown connecting door with the cable stitched all around it. who wants to see that? Beds were uncomfortable with synthetic sheets I was dirty and nasty I forgot to mention The only good thing about this place is the breakfast if you wish to pay over $150 for it

We checked out with a virtual assistant on a monitor. It was strange experience. While the hotel was clean the bathrooms and showers are dated. The parking was excellent. The breakfast could have stayed open past 9:00Am BW needs live people at the desk not robots

Breakfast was great I loved it and the location was great. The room A/C was making noises and loud I couldn’t sleep, the fridge was too old and it was making noises too, next day I told the front desk about it and they send someone who came in and inspected and he said the AC is was kinda new and they told me there’s nothing they can do. I don’t think I will go back or recommend to anyone
