The virtual agent is good but nothing beats having a staff member on site

Breakfast was good. Have free parking. Clean and very accessible.

Breakfast was perfectly acceptable when we went at opening (6:30). The next day, when we went at 815, numerous items were out. Went for a coffee refill at 8:45 and there was none left

The more convenient entrance door to some of the parking lot was closed. I don’t know if it was for safety reasons, but it wasn’t as convenient to grab one’s luggage, especially from the rooms at the opposite end of the hallway from the main entrance

Aside from breakfast, the hotel was old. My room was one of the worst rooms I have ever had at any other hotels. It was old and uncomfortable

The front desk person was very helpful in our room the shower didn’t work and they switch us to another room immediately

The place looked cleaned and the staff was kind and helpful

I was very comfortable, white sheets/towels, breakfast was similar to other hotels, but plenty, well managed and a variety hot & cold. The clerk who checked me in was very nice and accommodating. Checking out was different: I conversed w/ virtual clerk that was on screen of large tablet next to lobby desk. She was working from the Philippines. Virtual clerk told me where to find ice machine and she sent my receipts via printer on the lobby desk.

They are excellent

Both mattresses need to be replaced. They each had a large soft spot in the middle that made you feel like you were sliding into a hole, making for a very uncomfortable night's sleep. To make matters worse, when we got up at 6:00 a.m. to take a shower before getting back on the road, there was no water in the shower. We called the front desk, but no one answered. We then went to the lobby, where the only "staff" was a remote attendant on a video screen. After explaining the problem, the only solution offered was that maintenance could look at it at 8:00 a.m. Since we were just passing through and planned to leave by 7:00 a.m., that wasn't helpful at all. The housekeeping staff should have noticed there was no water while cleaning the room between guests if the showers were being properly cleaned and checked. Overall, we were very disappointed with this Best Western experience.

It was clean, simple and staff were wonderful and patient! I wish the pool could’ve stayed open 24/7 that’s just me being a water baby but I totally understand

Rooms very clean

When I checked in, the room was not the norm. I made a call and immediately was relocated. The staff here is superb.

I check in here.. every 2 months.. home away from home. I do not even search for another hotel. It meets my needs.

Friendly staff, clean room, great breakfast.

Rate was very fair. Location was good. Pool hours were extremely short, so ended up not being able to use the pool at all.

Check in was ok- the front desk guy got my key cards quickly It started with the guy smoking weed outside the front door with a small child next to him. The elevators are super sketchy and smell really bad- The room smell strongly of weed and smoke. There was paper from previous occupant on the dresser, and the towels were very dingey and dirty looking.
