They advertise a pool. It's not open Monday thru Wednesday. Hot water took awhile to warm up in the shower. Average cleanliness. Wouldn't stay again

It would have been nice to have a complimentary breakfast. The room was not very clean upon arrival. Staff was not the friendliest. Only 3 towels in room and when I called to get more it took forefer for someone to answer. No ice machine on our floor too far to go get some. No vending on our floor. Bed was extremely hard. Woke up with back and neck pain. Just not a very good experience. Will not stay on my next visit to DC. Not impressed.

Staff was excellent and the breakfast was great though.

We were tired of traveling 12 hours and we had already booked to be able to rest and they made us wait almost two hours to deliver our room and they do not solve they are very slow.

This franchise gives Marriott and Expedia both a bad name. They are saving up on all the wrong items and should be avoided for staying.

Outstanding price for Springfield. The lounge and lobby area are very nice with plenty of seating. The staff is so nice and helpful.

Got there late night like 1230 we were told room we booked was no available.. night person is none helpful seemed overwhelmed, pool open very limited hours .. found a rat outside if hotel …ok otherwise fir a few days

However, I had a very disappointing experience with the hotel’s Lost & Found process. I accidentally left my Leather Coach jacket in the closet of my room and called the hotel twice to report it. On both occasions, I was told that nothing had been found, even though I was 100% certain that I had left it there. My daughter, who previously worked in the hotel industry and is familiar with Lost & Found procedures, decided to call. During the conversation, she asked for the hotel District manager’s email address so she could escalate the issue and explained that, if the matter was not resolved, we would leave a negative review because she was confident the jacket was still at the hotel. Surprisingly, less than five minutes after that phone call, the jacket suddenly “appeared.” This naturally raises an important question: what changed? If the jacket truly wasn’t there during my first two calls, how did it suddenly appear just minutes after we requested to escalate the matter to management? I am grateful that I was able to recover my jacket, but this experience completely undermined my trust. It makes me wonder what would have happened if my daughter had not insisted and escalated the situation. For that reason, despite the hotel’s excellent location, clean rooms, and beautiful facilities, I would not feel comfortable staying here again.
