Great Customer Service
-
My stay began on July 4th during one of the busiest weekends of the year. When I arrived, there were four people ahead of me waiting to check in. I expected stressed employees, but instead I watched the front desk staff greet every guest with the same kindness, patience, and professionalism. No one was made to feel like a burden. The hotel was completely sold out, yet every employee I encountered—from the manager, to the front desk staff, housekeeping, maintenance, and the kitchen team—continued to smile and genuinely care about their guests. Breakfast the next morning was just as impressive. The dining area was packed, but the kitchen staff remained calm, organized, and incredibly kind. They handled the rush with grace and made every guest feel welcome. I’ve stayed here several times since May, and it has truly become a safe home away from home for my son and me. In a world where exceptional customer service is becoming rare, this team consistently goes above and beyond. Thank you for making every stay feel warm, welcoming, and memorable.

Great service, rooms were clean, they gave us new towels and blankets every day.
-
Hotel was nice, great location for us. Charge too much for pets; $50 A night is excessive, most hotels only charge $25 a night. Housekeeping seemed to be having trouble keeping up but not a problem for us. Breakfast was good. Had chocolate milk for a few days but then it was gone. Sad face

Bathroom soap not filled. Bathroom door didn't close. Rooms could use little tlc. Doors sticky in hallway.
-
Room was very dated, paint was peeling off the ceiling. The A/c kept shutting off every 2-3 mins despite of being on a low temp and when it would wake up it would make a very loud noise. The bathrooms were old and rusty. It was terrible! But the front staff was nice and breakfast was good.

Cleanliness is the most important factor for me, and this hotel was very clean. The breakfast was fine--lots of options but not a lot of options for each. The waffle was delicious. My only issue is with upkeep of the room and common areas. Our room and bathroom looked pretty worn as did the halls and lobby. The elevator's floor didn't change above the doors, which was unsettling. When the doors opened, you didn't always know which floor you were on. Everything else was fine. Staff were efficient and friendly. Parking was plentiful. It was a very nice stay.

Room was clean.

Normally I have nothing bad to say about this property. However, this time my toilet wasn’t working properly. I went to the front desk and reported. A mechanic/plumber came to fix ur. He said he fixed it. Next thing you know, it’s not fixed. So every time I had to go to the bathroom, I had to stick my hand inside the tank to flush it. Not something I wanted to do!

The location was perfect. 20 minutes from the joint base. Across from a shopping mall that had great selection of stores and restaurants. The room had a broken AC, the ceilings in the bathroom and bedroom were water damaged and pieces falling over the bed. The iron had broken pieces. Under the sink was damaged. The bathroom tub fixtures needed replacing, the water was lukewarm. When the maintenance tech came to see about the AC he said he has told management this room needed to be out of service and the AC needed to be replaced because the thermostat isn't steady, the control knob is missing, it is noisy and all he could do is unplug if we didn't want the room frosty. But with the 90° weather couldn't chance that. So we bought blankets and sleep bundled up. Front desk clerk said he was new and just recommended that we indicate our issues in the review and if we get an email send our pictures there. It was a convenient location for the retirement ceremony we attended on the base. However, we literally could only quick bathe and try to sleep against the AC noise. The elevators bounced and showed the wrong floors. The ice machine broke on our floor. The breakfast had good options and my husband enjoyed the coffee. I wish we could be refunded at least one night for all the inconvenience and no resolutions offered during our stay. As I was leaving I mentioned this to all to a manager, Norman and showed him pictures. He said the first guy didn't even leave a note nor mention the issues to him. He said the first night was full but we could have been moved the second and it should have been offered. Norman wrote down our issues. He apologized for inconveniences. He said he needed to investigate our claims, but could offer 3000 award points in compensation in the meantime. The main manager Ana came out to assist another guest, but overheard some of our conversation. According to Norman they they would discuss and get back to us using my contact info from the booking. Norman also mentioned the elevator issue was being addressed ( waiting on tech to arrive).

Lovely place. Very clean

I the property needs renovation equipment, failures, air conditioner, went out twice. Leak from the ceiling in the bathroom previous leak in the room and patched terribly. I would not recommend this hotel the front desk. Attempted to rectify, but could not due to the room being occupied, and no other rooms were available to move.

Everything was great!! No issues at all.

Clean. Very comfortable beds. Great staff. Easy checkin. However, the fitness room was lame. One 5 pound dumbbell. No other weights. Oooffff.
-
The property needs a little tlc. Not bad but just some minor furniture and cosmetic updates. Parking could be a challenge as they share a lot with adjacent hotel. Only stayed one night so wasn't looking for that I cant wait to get back to room property

Check in took a very long time. The room was ok, the bed and bedding were comfortable. The battery on my door was low so it locked me out and left me unable to get in. I asked a housekeeper for help, she didn't speak enough English to help. When I went to the front desk, I was stuck in the elevator between floors. A maint. person went to the room, didn't have his key, so he had to come back, we did get the door opened, but someone had to come change the batteries in the lock. I ended up going up and down the stairs four times to the 3rd floor. As I was in my room, waiting for the door to be fixed. Someone came back and was trying to get the lock opened. They never knocked to say it was them, they just tried to gain access. This made me very uncomfortable that they would not knock first. I had been dressing to leave, it could have been terrible had the door lock worked. The first night there was a homeless man, that made me uncomfortable and tried to get me to go into a dark area to give him and his brother some money. They did call the police. Once the lock was fixed, I told the maint person, I was late, and I would pick up the key at the desk when I returned. When I returned hours later and got the key, she would only give me one, and guess what? It didn't work either, so I had to go back to the desk another time. They were supposed to change my room, but they didn't. I ended up staying in the same room, that I was worried about being locked out again. They didn't change it
