staff was helpful. Shuttle van to Franconia Metro station was efficient and necessary to get to the Metro safely. Breakfast was very good. "Free" wifi was non-existent.

Weird odor of marijuana permeated room.

Customer service was not good. I wanted to check in one hour early. There was a charge for that. I asked to leave my luggage there and come back in an hour. They don't allow it.

Very worn-out facility not well maintained. Bed was old uncomfortable and creaked, coil in my back. Roach found in the bathroom, crawled into an outlet. Water damage seen in the ceiling, wallpaper was unclean, bubbled and pealing from the wall. Curtain was stained; wall mounted room air conditioner/heater was cracked. Very small TV, very loud refrigerator, shower curtain rod was coming off the tile, floor tile was cracked, thin walls could hear the next room and their conversation. Cheap flooring that moved when you walked on it and also creaked.

Breakfast was good. Parking great! Unfortunately my first had not been cleaned however the young man at the desk took care of getting me another room. Smell was a little musky however I always bring my own Febreze and Lysol. However the furniture was wore, couch needs cleaning. I would suggest when providing very high beds to include a step stool for your older guests. Would recommend and use again

The fitness area was inadequately furnished. This was importantl in me choosing the accommodation.

I was surprised the hotel didn't have guest laundry. The bathroom was small, but the housekeepers kept everything clean

Rooms are old bathroom floor was cracked in multiple areas. Changed rooms the next room smelled like cigarette smoke no matter in tub so it was very slippery. Ceiling has some minor holes looked like water damage. Was extremely disappointed as it looked nothing like the pictures on the site.

There is no chance the other reviews are real. I am a very simple person who does not require much. I don’t think there is a single positive thing I can say about this place. I should have known walking to my room there was trash in the hallway and rug didn’t look like it was cleaned in a week. The furniture in the room was scratched, damaged and just awful. There is a random closet structure that is so out of place. The room was borderline clean. At check in the guy took forever, like typed away 3-5 mins before finding our reservation. When we got in the room was freezing like didn’t make sense temperature. So in the morning we found out why, the floor was soaked. Any item we left on the floor was drenched. The towel bar we put a towel on it and the entire bar and system just fell off the wall. I didn’t even get enough pictures because I was so annoyed but the photos I did do no justice to how bad it is. I stayed at 7 different hotels this trip this was the worst hotel and it wasn’t even close. There is absolutely no way all of those 10s are legit, like zero chance.
