Clean rooms, good breakfast and good staffs

Only one of the elevator was functioning. Breakfast had very limited options.

Hotel Belvoir was a beautiful property. It had all of the amenities that every hotel does and was quieter than I expected, being so close to interstates and major thoroughfares. While it was beautiful, there definitely is room for upgrades and improvements. Upon inspection of the bathroom, I noticed a large crack and a couple of chips on the counter. I did immediately report this to the front desk staff to ensure I would not be charged for these damages. The front desk worker took note and assured me I would not be, and as of today (8/4/26), I have not been. He did offer me another room; however, I declined as it was not that big of a deal to me. On another note, it was super convenient that I was able to charge my meal and snacks to my room (with my card on file). The breakfast on both mornings was delicious and the staff welcoming. Overall, I do not have any complaints and would stay again.

We enjoyed our weekend stay. We were frustrated that only one elevator was working. The view from our room was really good -we were on the 9th floor. The breakfast was good. If we go back up to that area again, we will stay here again.

The hotel was nice & there wasn’t a lot of people staying there so it was nice & peaceful. The bathroom could’ve been a little bit bigger & it would’ve been nice to have a microwave. Overall, a great stay & I would stay here again!

The room was clean. It was quiet. Comfortable. I needed rest, I got it. Free parking.

A nice place to stay but the commute to the Amtrak station will require a ride by automobile. You’re own, Lyft, Uber, taxi or metro bus.

The hotel does not have sufficient elevators. It only has one elevator for all the hotel. I had to wait for thirty minutes to go up with a cart to load it to leave. I cannot waste that much time staying there again.

When I entered the building I spoke the staff and they were immensely helpful from the time we arrived to the time we checked out. I cannot remember each of the staff members names but that is more indicative of me than of them. They were exceptional. My family enjoyed the breakfast for it's hearty meal and variety of options. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Note: The elevators were down to just 1 and at one point there was an issue with elevator card tap box that the maintenance team handled swiftly.

Hotel seemed run down and 2/3 elevators were not working. Will skip in favor of other options next time

The staff was nice. The ice machines were broken though. But the property was nice too

The experience was amazing

2 of the 3 down elevators was a huge turnoff!!!!!!! The size of the bathroom was a bit claustrophobic! Room temperature and cleanliness was great. Wish there was a TV guide. Only 1 microwave for the entire 12 floor hotel was very disappointing!!!!!

The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Our room was cleaned each day. We booked believing there was a pool - but it is not available. Only one of three elevators were working which slowed everyone down. Location is close to many restaurants and a large shopping mall. Easy access from major roads.
