Staff- not friendly Clean- Ok

The only amazing thing about this hotel is its proximity to the metro. It wasn’t very clean and the outside was especially dirty.

Staff are nice, the physical structure and overall condition are in an advanced state of disrepair. Carpeting in the rooms and hallways desperately need replacement. I wore my shoes at all times in the room. Great water pressure for the shower. Lots of hot water. The room was turned over daily, the sheets were clean and the mattress was ok.

Clean room. Free shuttle to metro station. Free parking and complimentary breakfast.

Really bad experience ,not as shown in pictures

The rooms were pretty decent on cleanliness, the beds in first room were horrible a big dip in bed and you could feel the coils. AC in room not working as well and the main entrance door you would have to push your body into the door to open it after inserting the key so a fire hazard. The elevators kept breaking down, housekeepers were pretty friendly and accommodating.

Lifts doesn't work properly during our stay of 10 days,no one comes for room cleaning, false fire alarm was pulled, almost no parking space.

Staff was friendly. Beds were ok. There was something sharp in the carpet that kept poking my feet, so didn’t feel safe not wearing shoes in the room. Very outdated. Furniture was very worn. Honestly I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to a friend.

Works for our crews, close enough to DC

Good value if you don’t mind a dated property outside of DC. They have a free shuttle to the subway and while there might be a brief wait the drivers are terrific. Breakfast buffet is good, plenty of choices. Only one of two elevators worked and our key cards kept getting deactivated. Small things though. The staff were all exceptional, the room and bed were clean and the lemon ice water in the lobby is a great touch. There is a mall across the road but without a vehicle it’s a hassle to walk over there.

We had taken the hotels bus over to the metro and told that the bus stopped running at 10pm and to call the front desk to get a ride back. We made it back at 9:30 but could not get a hold of the hotel front desk. The call kept dropping. We called the reservation line, she transfered us and the call stored again. We were stranded. Once we did get back to the hotel, we were told the phones were down. They were still down the entire next day. This was a major inconvenience to us.

The hotel has a shuttle which can take you to the metro station, so it’s more convenient than what I expected. However, the safe doesn’t work and the staff said the safes in all the rooms don’t work.

Don’t understand why we’re charged for parking after paying for the premises.

The full breakfast was appreciated and our room was clean.
