Our experience was better than we could have ever imagined, and we are beyond appreciative of the care and kindness shown to us. The hotel manager and front desk staff consistently went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We had breakfast at the hotel every morning, and we were always greeted by the same caring and friendly lady, who made each day start on a positive note. The housekeeping staff were exceptional as well. They changed our sheets daily while we were at breakfast and even made sure everything was taken care of while I was at surgery. The entire team made us feel at home during a very stressful time in our lives. Their compassion, attention to detail, and genuine concern for our well-being meant more than words can express. We will never forget the kindness we experienced here and, once again, cannot thank the staff enough for everything they did for us. Thank you

I didn’t like the fact that I had to pay for my breakfast!

I was told when I made the reservation that the cost of having my 14 pound dog would be $100 with a $20 cleaning fee. I was charged $130 for the dog and another $20 for what I don’t know. So the total cost of me and my dog was over $300. That’s price gouging at its worst. I guess you can charge whatever you want, but I won’t be back.

They charge a $10 per day parking fee for hotel guests and don’t tell you they do until you check out. In over 30 years of both business and personal travel, I’ve NEVER had to pay a parking fee to stay at a hotel until now. Won’t be coming back

Location and the room. Liked everything

Small hotel, some areas have 2 floors & some have 3. Very quiet location. You can have a room that faces a small outdoor courtyard with personal balcony & there is also seating on ground level. You can also have a room that faces the parking lot, the lower levels DO NOT have balcony, but do have patio door. The hotel has several strip malls in walking distance with everything you could want from grocery stores, McDonald's, Trader Joe's, Chipotle, Starbucks, nail shops, fitness. I would definitely stay here again. Beds are very comfortable.

The beds were very hard. No soap for the bathroom sink to wash hands. No complimentary breakfast and you have to pay for parking

It was clean. I could understand the desk attendant. Was clean.

Everything was good

It was clean, the staff was friendly, and the bed was comfortable. The tub had a slow drain that I had to call about. Also, I there was no housekeeping for a three day stay. I had to request a garbage change and towels if I needed them.
