Staff very friendly; rooms were very clean; the rooms were nice and the property looks like it was recently updated. And it’s a good location in Creve Coeur.

I really liked how easy it was to stay here. Everything about this hotel is easy. Check in, parking, snacks and drinks available that are free if needed. I didn’t any evening things but they had 3 free drinks for adult guest with a dinner available. They also have a free breakfast in the morning. I will for sure stay here again.

We had a very good stay. Staff was very nice and helpful. Our only problem was that our bathtub wasn’t draining the water, so we were having dirty water to our ankles, we reported it but never got any answers. Other than that, good breakfast, clean, nice staff.

On the 6th floor there was a smell like old wet carpeting

The carpet in the hallways of the hotel were very dirty, it looked as if nobody had vacuumed for weeks. And the floors inside elevators were very very dirty. We stayed a full week and never saw anyone vacuum or clean elevators inside.

What a great place to stay! The free dinner in the evening and the free breakfast were both excellent. The staff was friendly and it was very very clean. I will definitely be back!

Very clean and safe place to stay especially with children. The breakfast buffet (included) was the best I’ve seen at a hotel. It even included a soda fountain machine.
